How do you expect someone to charge you handling charges on your principle and interest? did they make your principal for you? I am pretty sure there is one job I can't do and that must be customer service, sometimes when you are ignored, just know the question has K-leg.
You invested your money so its common sense to expect charges on accrued interest not your capital. AXA mansard will likely not respond because they charge neither same with FBN. The quoted rate is yours, they have taken theirs before they gave yours, so if you see 12%, that's yours it doesn't mean the market yield was 12%, its always more.

Just to gear you up, you are not alone in this. some peoples portfolios in stock has reduced drastically and in negative as we speak.

I also have EQUITIES based MMFs and are currently in loss. So keep the hopes high, we are in this together

But I will like you to learn from this, its your personal experience that you will share to others to learn from.

I'd re enter when the unit price is rock bottom


But money market fund is not supposed to depreciate like that, some thing is fishy and suspicious somewhere

It will help those that invest in EQUITIES Based MMF know why the unit share price is reducing.

But PLEASE! PLEASE!! AND PLEASE!!! be careful so that you will not be lured to buy shares, Yes some monikers are experts in luring people to buy shares in some companies on that thread.
