It means your mobile network SIM is unable to send set up configuration to the phone. You k Ow like those GPRS OTA configurations of those days something here too. Try update your phone to the latest rom and or ti kernel around with the mobile settings to resolve it. It might be a permission issue.

Why not try to disable the app?

Playstore-Help and feedback-Browse all articles- disable or delete application.

if you rooted your phone then use flashify and flash recovery again or you use adb

Successful update to MIUI 9

But the battery drain still persist..
I charged it to 97% and leave it untouched for 45 minutes (Data off, Screen lock) and gradually dropped to 85%..
