Ikpeazu is the worst Governor in Nigeria. He's even worse than Yeye Bello. Aba has unlimited potentials but he has refused to harness them. He's comfortable begging Abuja for allocations every month. He is mentally crippled.

The best performing governor is Egr DAV umahi of ebonyi state, past years ebonyii state is known as undeveloped state,but within this 3yrs of Egr DAV umahi tenure, he transformed ebonyi state to a modern city infant he deserves some accolades.

You can compare Gov Obiano and Rochas in infrastructures, Gov Obiano is miles ahead of Rochas, mind you Rochas is oldest serving governor, Obiano second tenure just started, what he has achieved can be compare to Rochas

Of course it's obvious Obiano is better. I only said that to make a point to the person saying Owerri is better than Aba, therefore Rochas is better than Ikpeazu.

Before giving your verdict, first checkmate the condition of the State Prior to the Administration of the Governor... Furthermore, most of these Governors are in their 2nd Term and must have layed down concrete foundations for their 2nd tenure.
