Technically yes and no. The way they calculate wealth in the US is a little bit tricky and confusing. Their expected wealth Is even calculated among the present one.

Donald Trump on paper is a Billionaire , but in real life he can't raise a Billion from anywhere. While in Countries where it is strictly cash economy, it is easy to follow the trend of money like we are following Dangotes own.

Donald Trump has been on a Tax Audit by the IRS for the last 3 years or so now. They are still trying to find every thing he has ,so as to balance their books.

So you are saying that a man that is making $1 million per show plus endorsements, and movies is financing $300k cars. He commands $10 million per movie. So I don't believe your claims at all.

The economy and rules were much different in Holyfield, Tyson, and Jackson days. No one (banks)is financing credit risk like that anymore. And those folks did not have the business sense that Hart has.
