Even if they were from a Nigerian website, as long as they are from the internet, people will also want to verify if they are his or not. Case in point, some posters from before who have been called out. They took their photos from Nigerian websites. They were called out And no one brought up the topic of being big or small.

You’re actually the one who has the issue upside down. Does foreign mean bigger? I don’t get the logic.

When you were silently observing, why didn’t you comment about this ‘bigness’ issue when others were called out for taking pictures from Nigerian websites? Are you using this opportunity to talk about your private feelings?

This is a totally unrelated topic about food and you people are trying to make it about social status, not revealing all about oneself and other things to try and make the commenters feel like they are being hateful or jealous (like he already called someone).

It’s a simple issue of “I cooked the food when I was in another country and the owner of the blog posted it”. Or “I took the photos for the owner of the blog”. Or “the owner of the blog stole the photos from me when I posted it somewhere else”.

Don’t shame people’s social standing by making this about who’s big or who isn’t.

Pork trotters
Pork belly chunks
Peppers and onions
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic cloves and crushed garlic
Herbs and spices (lemon spice preferably) and rosemary
Chorizo
Leeks
Peas
Carrots and stick marinate sauce. Rib sauce is best

Method..............let me get some water first

•Marinate the trotters overnight. I like adding soy sauce, a teaspoon of crushed garlic, the same spices you will using when cooking and please avoid adding salt to the marinate. Add a little of olive oil.
•Boil the trotters and add the a whole garlic ball, 1 spoon of crushed garlic together with rosemary stalk. You wanna boil them until they are soft....put the trotters in a different pan and save the water
•boil chopped carrots in that "trotters water" just enough......they should be still a little hard but cooked
• mix the pork belly chunks with the trotters
• throw in your peppers and onions and add some crushed garlic again
•add the cherry tomatoes, spices and a little olive oil and make sure you mix everything well
•your oven is preheated at 180°. Bake for an hour or until its brown
• take it out and add the leeks and chick peas
• bake for 15munitrs more and post on nairaland
