Good afternoon mummies, I always have a pain at my right or left tummy during ovulation, but this month I did not get the pain but I saw ewcm, does it mean I did not ovulate? pls help ma.

just to add pls ensure u smell your husband's sperm cos it can tell you if the sperms are heathy I noticed before treatment that my husband's sperm had a fishy odour but now it has this bleach smell which is the right smell for the sperm.

Vegetables should occupy the space for the food you cut off. fruits like pineapple banana is a no no . Rather garden egg , cucumber , walnut carrots will suffice. unripe plaintain is great as it is a rich source of iron . two slices of yam will do for breakfast . potatoe boiled is great .
Chicken meat shouldn't be excessive fish is great .no offals , this includes shaki liver , round about , etc
run from soda , frizzy drinks pastries etc . water cannot be over - emphasized .

banana and pineapple contain plenty sugar . If you are avoiding sugar then pls stay clear of these fruits or you are on Metformin taking these fruits is like giving your body more work to do in removing sugar. Infact for sudden energy boost tennis players take bananas. alternatively bananas can be replaced with unripe plantain because of the zinc & iron it contains.

Dear see your doctor, I once had breast pain like that, found out it was hormonal, my doctor gave me some pain killers and progesterone cream, it stopped within 5days of usage, so contact your doctor ASAP.

please mamas in the house help oo, though I and hubby have treated Chlamydia after testing positive of it, I even treated 2weeks ahead before him, then I joined him for another one month, that was in May, the thing is that am just researching about chlamydia now and found out we are suppose to abstain during this treatment and one week after to ensure total freedom, though it was administered 3days in a week for 1month. i just noticed am having some of the symptoms again.i want to detoxify, then retreat with my previous prescription while abstaining now.
please I need someone's input on this. thank you.

hello dear hormonal imbalance is not a name for a sickness its a cause of a particular defect which affects the fertility of a woman or man. therefore your sister has to do some test so that she can ascertain what defect is causing hormonal imbalance in her. which could be high prolactin, low progesterone or even testosterone issues. this would help her know what drugs she can take. however I will suggest she meets a good gyny that can help her. good luck and fertility blessings to your sister.
I would also like to warn you that you should not contact anyone on social media who you can't meet one on one before you get any form of herbal or Orthodox drugs pls be careful cos there are lots of scammers here.

have you tried taken a probiotics like unsweetened yogurt or probiotic pills cos too much antibiotics is not good.

I have not oo, I will do research on that, and Re-run another test, these things are so expensive down here only culture is 15k. but we no get option na. Thanks hun. Baby dust on us all.
