Let me take it that you don't know who you are talking to. The madam you threw a shade at is our great grand mother here. You gave a bad advice and she pointed it out. Instead of you to acknowledge your error you turned it into a verbal attack.
This is a faceless forum, everybody here is not of the same age and circumstance. It's not everyone here that is struggling to get F1 visa, or used fraudulent means to get their visa.

What about a case were your job description is not in line with your suppose course? How do one go about this?

If your job description is not in line with your intended course of study, then you shouldn't talk much about it. You should only talk about it if the VO asks you the question on "What have you been doing since". Even at that you should tune your response down a little bit. Don't go and over sing something that is not really relevant to your cause.
I hope their is something in your profile that is related to your intended course of study? Maybe your previous academic record, a voluntary service, etc. Something that shows progression/Continuity.
Am not an expert in this but sometimes it's hard to convince a VO if you are switching from field A to a completely unconnected field Y. You have to find a way to connect the dots.
I hope this helps you.

Anyone in the USA or anyone coming to Florida or Miami anytime soon that can help with some antimalaria please? . I left Nigeria about two weeks ago. Forgot to treat malaria before I left. Didn’t bring no medication neither. Now they won’t sell over the counter without a doctor’s prescription, doctor won’t talk to you except you have insurance or ready to part with 5k per session with a doctor here in Miami. Worse still, they might quarantine you if they hear you say malaria. Please don’t make the same mistake. But then again, who’s willing to help with some antimalaria medications? Da**!

Look for the nearest African store and call the owner aside for a special 'ask'. They usually have.

You have to be in USA latest on the date your program starts so as not to have problem with immigration officers at POE. Unless your school gives you extension date, work on what you have on your i20 and leave before then.

Hello Gurus in the house.

I have been an good follower on this thread since late 2016.

I applied to UK for master degree in management and was admitted. I was suppose to resume this sep with a 3000 pounds scholarship.

I also applied to schools for my MBA, like CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY, NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE, SULROSS STATE UNIVERSITY and i just applied to John Carroll University yesterday.

I have been admitted to Cleveland MBA since MAY. north west will be coming in shortly as they only await my official transcript to be sent to the school for final review.

Please i intend going to the embassy by Oct.

I plan choosing Abuja.

Any red flag why i didn't schedule my interview for Lagos?
Any current student in Cleveland please gurus help me refer anyone you know currently studying there.
On my i20 i stated family funds and also sent a bank a statement of my dad to get my i20 but i will be going to the embassy with my company account of more than 100million monthly. Any issue?

Please stop by to give your valuable and verifiable advise.

when your i20 arrives , it would have the start date . You need to be in the US latest on the day written as the start date and can arrive 30 days before that start date and then the last day to arrive is that start date so plan accordingly .

also US things are doing in an orderly fashion , so for example if you are truly a student resuming in January then there is no way you can plan to enter by early march . That is 2 months of not attending classes , the POE officers will deny the person entry . hence why the program has a start date on the i20 that you need to be in the US by

on the topic of abuja ...no issue with that , there is no rule that states you can or cannot use lagos or abuja so that should be fine

Regarding statement i would always say consistent is the best as it raises less red flag or issues . If you used your dad to get i20 then it substantial enough . if you want to go with company account . i would say go with your dad and also company account . but you need to explain properly how you have access to the company fund to pay your fees

I need urgent help from an experienced person.

My parents had their Interview in the US embassy on Thursday for visiting visa and it was approved. My worry now is that the passport/visa was erroneously sent to a wrong location (Abuja) which is too too far from our location.

How do I get it sent back to PH. I have made several calls without any result. Everyone kept redirecting me till I even got to call a US number which is the help line yet it ended up that they should go themselves to Abuja to pickup. That is a heavy problem.on me now because they are old and the stress of going and returning same day would be too hectic coupled with been fragile. How do I help my aged parents get their passports from the Abuja embassy (fraudulent people stay off this message please)

Thank you

Lol.
Nobody can eat or use your parents passport

You should try contacting your family or friends in Abuja if it's something they can pick up

They did not pick a proxy form so that isn't an option according to the rep in Abuja where the passport is.
