Back in 2013, they got a random of $3.15 million to free seven French hostages. That money has been used very effectively and, a few thousand Nigerians have died since then.

It was only in the few months before elections that Buhari said anything along the lines of crushing BH. Before, he had appeared sympathetic and worked hard to frustrate GEJ's attempts.

And didn't the French government make things worse by pressuring us to pay Boko Haram that $3.15 million as ransom for 7 citizens in 2013? Does Nigeria make guns? Where did these weapons come from?

Aren't we seeing evidence that Northern elites have been colluding with, supporting, housing, and financing Boko Haram all these years?
