The courts did not rule so. The courts rather placed an injunction on him stopping him from parading himself as the PDP candidate and then tasked WAEC to produce his certificate with confirmation. WARC just did and its obvious he has no WAEC certificate since WAEC cannot issue him one for sitting and failing the only subject he sat for while running away from the rest.

dude court already settled this case since August.This one is a new case purpoting he never sat for WAEC but forged hthe results he presented which ended yesterday when waec confirmed he indeed at for and wrote the results he presented.
