Good day guys let me share a first hand experience
I started my Zenith recruitment process Mid may and by 2nd week in June I was employed. One thing that gave me advantage was My ACA as most people I did interview were placed on GA. I was also asked for the department I will like to work on the strenght of my ACA.

The salary for a start 129k(net) is cool
Not all GA's are in cash and teller or CUstomer service Some are in head office units and the revised salary for GA's is about 100k net (they reviewed it upward from 75k and they also made conversion period longer )

The promotional structure is very frustrating (at least I have been told)
if you work from the head office or it's environs there's staff bus.

Wow, with your ACA certificate that means you were employ as ET and not GA. However, what i want to know is, did you have experience before joining the bank.
Also, what's now the conversion period

Zenith bank is my first experience oo just and I heard conversion used to be 4 years before but now heard it's 6 but if you can get a Professional certificate I.e ACA Acca and other relevant prof courses you'll have opportunity to be converted within the shortest possible time and you will be rewarded as much as 250k for Ican or Acca on-the-job
