hammer6F:thank you hammer6F. Ibu dike. Lol u jst hit the nail on the head. It seems our mind is going to the same place. I was browsing the internet to bring bring pictures that shows the ikwerre is locked. Way locked than the se...all the riverine areas are occupied by ijaw. Becos they run rivers state doesn't mean the port is in their land. The big rivers and access to the sea are through ijaw land. 2 Likes |

mightguy: Odogwu, This is the reason, Ikwere are not pushing to construct Deep Seaport. They rather build another inland port in Onne. Their Igbo denial did not help matters becos, the Igbo island of Bonny and Opobo with access to the sea still appear foreign to them. Meanwhile, the Ijaw are busy trying to subvert Opobo and Bonny and even making it compulsory that people in Bonny stop speaking Igbo and be taught Ibani in School. I tell u nwanne, all these igbo deniers are a huge liability and that is wat pazienza is saying when he said we cannot allow it to continue with destructive and devastating effect to Igbo interest. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Given the setback Igbo suffered during and after the war, it can be said that they have bounced back to reckoning and are doing well in education, entrepreneurship, entertainment, sports, manufacturing etc to the chagrin of nay Sayers not even in Nigeria but also on global stage. With this positive outlook, those Igbo on the fringes will no sooner than later rush back to embrace their igboness. Let's keep open mind about it as time shall tell. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

hammer6F:rivers is a ticking time bomb. Xpecially that ph. because some part of okrika or kalabari or so is part of portharcourt city. And ijaw believes that there is their homeland. That is when u start hearing ikwerre should join their kin in se lol... 5 Likes 1 Share |
Re: . by hammer6F: 6:30pm On Sep 22, 2018 |
mightguy: The only thing that is even holding them a little together is that Okirika and much of those riverine people are actually mixed with igbos and ikwere etc. The main fear in that area is the fear of Igbo. They are Igbophobic. They fear our success. U can imagine, the father of modern day ijaw, Jaja of Opobo is an Igbo man from Imo State. ![]() 6 Likes 1 Share |

mightguy: If Ikwerri is truly landlocked, then they are absolutely of no use to the SE because the only reason why I wanted Ikwerri to be recognized as Igbo was because of their access to the sea but, since they are landlocked, no need for all these long arguments about River state any more, we can manage the river between Rivers and Akwa ibom that leads to Abia state. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

All that has been said so far by people here are true. Anioma agenda has always been to have anioma recognised as a tribe in delta so that they can fully play minority politics. If anioma1stson and other full blooded igbos from anioma axis trully love igboland, they should come out and fight this agenda. Truth is that igbos in se dont really have any need for anioma at all. We only want brotherhood and we have streched out our hands. However we demand full and unconditional brotherhood from anioma or nothing. U either go ur way fully or come with us fully...no middle ground. We will negotiate differently with igbos in rivers. 5 Likes 1 Share |

hammer6F: Who told you Bonny and Opobo are Igbo islands? You are among those people bringing insults to igboland by looking for unnecessary lands in different states to tag as Igbo land. Some are here calling cross river Igbo, Benue Igbo, Akwa ibom Igbo, Edo Igbo, as in WTF is wrong with all of you self? Even Ohaneze does not recognize all these Igbos you guys are mentioning. There is nothing like Opobo and Bonny Igbo, the SE, Anioma and the little area in Rivers state are enough to make up Igboland, stop all these your Akwa Ibom, Edo and Opobo Igbo nonsense. 3 Likes |

ckenneths: we will arrange and crown Bianca Queen of Ala Igbo in the future. Or at least give her a palace and throne in Nnewi. She is not like any other woman. She is the perfect Igbo woman. We have too many Kings in Alaigbo, Bianca should be the only Queen. She is worth it. Not chieftaincy title but enthronement like Obi of Onitsha, Eze Nri and Co. 1 Like |

Even Ifeanyi Ubah can't get mad at Bianca. Any igbo man that can just hate this our beautiful mother must be a homosexual. I for one love her to pieces and will be supporting her for the Senate. She is a role model to every igbo woman and my idea of perfection not Linda Ikeji and all those clueless and headless igbo girls running around disgracing themselves and family. Sadly, they dont make dem like Bianca anymore. She is a rare specimen. The perfect Igbo woman. 2 Likes

I aim to write a book about Bianca wen i have time to conduct research. I will title the book, the perfect Igbo woman. Igbo people may not recognise but Bianca is a living Legend. How, i wish Ndiigbo treasure things abit more. Wat you dont value, u end up losing. We need to develop a culture of attaching value to ourselves. This bring with it, respect where it is due. 1 Like |

hammer6F: Oga it is still the same thing. They are all Igbos but they all always reject the Igbo tag. We have not finished developing the recognized igboland and you add another unnecessary landmass to it again. We should be talking about a regional cooperation between the SE governors to dredge the river between Rivers and AkwaIbom in order to build a seaport in Abia ( a recognized Igbo state ) rather than looking for a land where we will have problem between us, Ijaw and Ibibio people. 4 Likes |

Re: . by hammer6F: 7:39pm On Sep 22, 2018 |
nnamdijonathan: U made a valid point here but even the dredging will be disputed by those Riverine groups who think it will cause flooding. Opobo and Bonny is isolated and surrounded by non-igbos and that is the greatest challenge. As for the Jaja of Opobo, he will welcome a deep Seaport in their deep waters with open hands and welcome Ndiigbo. I have never heard of them denying their igboness but then, i stand to be corrected if wrong. cc bigfrancis21, pazienza 2 Likes |
