Abeg I want to ask for something
Pls post pics of the Onitsha main market any time you go to Anambra let me see what that market looks like because I have heard a lot about the market but I don't even know what it looks like.
I must have those pictures somewhere, but my files are not well arranged for me to locate them. The market pulls mega crowds daily.

Ok wat language do they speak?

Mind u, my interest with them is a matter of accessing the Sea.

They are not landlocked.

Go and read the history of Opobo.

The founder is an Igbo man. The language on the island till this day is Igbo.

There igboness is undisputed till date.
This is the problem with some of you

you've not gotten anioma you are looking at opobo

once SE gets anioma then I assure you everything will fall in place

There's going to be a bigger problem if aniomas get their state without the help of SE

If you all really love igboland then let's fight for anioma state together irrespective of the geopolitical zone we find ourselves.

grin grin

As an economist, we go where there is Economies of Scale.

All of u denying Igbo are just as landlocked as Ndiigbo.

We will rather woo the one with deep waters and watch the rest of u. grin grin grin

Don't use that post to judge her. The Omu, as we speak, is proudly Igbo.
What you say is who you are.
We can only judge Omu by what she says.

An English adage says that its better to be alone than in bad company.

Cc Anioma and Ikwerre
Re: . by mightguy(m): 8:59pm On Sep 22, 2018
nnamdijonathan:
If Ikwerri is truly landlocked, then they are absolutely of no use to the SE because the only reason why I wanted Ikwerri to be recognized as Igbo was because of their access to the sea but, since they are landlocked, no need for all these long arguments about River state any more, we can manage the river between Rivers and Akwa ibom that leads to Abia state.
thank you boss.

OK, bigger problem?
It has gotten to making threats?
This is the same thing I envisaged about incorporating Ikwerre people in my other posts.
Now, you too.

oga you guys claim brotherhood but we don't see it
you only say it with mouth but never back it up with action.

Not one single prominent SE individual has championed for anioma state.

And yes if anioma gets what they want without the help of SE then that's a bigger problem.

its not a threat but fact..only those with a 3rd eye would understand.

The youthful Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Employment and Creative Economy, 32-year old Bonaventure Enemali enjoying the scenery and lounging at Owerre Ezukala Water Fall and Cave in Anambra State and other members of the Committee organizing 2018 Anambra State Homecoming and Heritage Festival scheduled for December 2018.

U made a valid point here but even the dredging will be disputed by those Riverine groups who think it will cause flooding.

Opobo and Bonny is isolated and surrounded by non-igbos and that is the greatest challenge.

As for the Jaja of Opobo, he will welcome a deep Seaport in their deep waters with open hands and welcome Ndiigbo.

I have never heard of them denying their igboness but then, i stand to be corrected if wrong. cc bigfrancis21, pazienza
Opobo and Bonny are proud Ijaws today. They only claim Igbo when it's opportunistic to do so. Like Dakuku peterside coming to Ikokwu in PH to tell Ndiigbo that he is an Igbo man, in desperate ploy to win Igbo votes.
Opobo and Bonny are active members of IYC and other Ijaw national bodies. I'm a member of their facebook pages, and all I see are deeply Ijawphilic people.
Re: . by mightguy(m): 9:09pm On Sep 22, 2018
hammer6F:
The only thing that is even holding them a little together is that Okirika and much of those riverine people are actually mixed with igbos and ikwere etc.

The main fear in that area is the fear of Igbo. They are Igbophobic.

They fear our success.

U can imagine, the father of modern day ijaw, Jaja of Opobo is an Igbo man from Imo State. grin
lol don't mind them.... U start hearing stories like when our young men go to work.they were left behind with our children and the igbo slaves thought them igbo. Lol. This is ridiculous. I am in one of their forum. When a man from okrika in Rivers state. Posted something there. It goes like this.... Please guyz is okrika in imo state different from okrika in Rivers.. Lol. Someone said that during the biafran war that ijaw men whom biafrans captured formed okrika in imo state. Lol. Okrika sometimes ave identity crisis. If amnesty comes they become ijaw. Sometimes they turn into okrika people. Lol

I like Ned sha. But what about Nwaoboshi?

I'm glad the Igbophobic Man called Madu Ajaja who was hiding behind APC to spread his Igbo hate, had been sent packing from APC. They schemed him out of the primaries and he came out shouting about how APC are not good people.
Lol!
