It means exactly what is stated. But usually doesn't apply to PPR applications anymore.

You must submit your divorce papers if your application is still with IRCC. Until you land in Canada and become a PR, you are required to notify IRCC about any changes to your family composition including divorce. Once you become a PR, you don't have much to do with IRCC again until time comes to renew your PR or apply for citizenship.
Unless you mean to ask if you can 'apply' for divorce. Yes, you can. It is your life.

They do award eligibility points which the applicant on his/ her own will have enough and he will be required to provide documentation post ITA, even if the VO deducts the eligibility points later on, the R10 officer will need to be convinced that the application is complete which can lead to rejection as an incomplete application.
I think its better to answer NO and explain in LOE

If I claim spouse non-accompanying, what are the documents I need to produce apart from PCC in all the countries he has lived in and medicals keeping in mind as he won't be writing IELTS for obvious reasons? How much POF will I need if I 'll be taking a child with me or they will still expect me to show POF for a family of three? I applied for a remark after my first attempt, but it came out negative.I used jay's method for the writing, thus, i was not surprised about the outcome. I wrote again shortly after, and the result was devastating for me. I lost confidence in myself. I have to admit, i thought i wrote the best during my second attempt. I did not apply for a remark because of my listening score.

I decided to go on vacation to relieve the stress of work and wrote a day before i traveled. Unlike the previous exams, i never prepared and just read a sample of liz's essay. I adopted her style during my writing.It was an opinion essay, and i ensured i stated my opinion and supported a view all through. I never discussed both views before stating my opinion.I also read the manual MOD sends to candidates when they register for the exam. To be honest, the tips were more useful to me than most materials i read online. One tip was to keep it simple and not write to too long sentences as they may make the sentence less coherent.I never expected to pass because of the lack of preparation, coupled with MOD's deliberate attempt to frustrate the candidates on test day due to their lack of organization.But Alas, i scaled through I.E.L.T.S hurdle!


In my opinion, British council is well organised, but that's all i can say about it. MOD, on the other hand, is not,especially with the delay in uploading of results, but i believe are better these days in terms of result.

CRS point sitting pretty at 475. Cant wait for the next draw. I need me a swimming trunk.
