They didn't ask me for any reference number.

However, you may want to consider scheduling an appointment to coincide with the day (or a few days after) you hit 3 years on your current job.

Not really the case, mine took total of 5weeks for all to be completed

Verification of your credentials can easily take up to 8 weeks. Only after that can you move on to 4 weeks countdown.

lemme save you some research time... to qualify for EI (Employment Insurance) benefits you only need 600 hours of work (or 4+/- months of full time work). Just to save you the time you'd have spent searching for that info (if you don't have it already) grin

please i read somewhere that ADRs affect/increase your timeline..please how true is this, was this confirmed from anyone's gcms note. i am curious because i got ADR Shortly after AOR and now nothing on my file and its been 2 months

Lol when request for ADR is made your file is 'parked'. E.g., during your R10, a doc is discovered missing. File is immediately parked and ADR sent. You spend 6 days responding. After this they take another one week au minimum to consider the doc you sent. That's instant +2 weeks to your application...

However i don't believe it will slow down things in the long run, will only delay MEP. If you like carry 5 ADR if your file lands Ottawa you're still likely to get PPR before no ADR person that landed Accra.

Everything above just my unfounded theories! (except for the term 'parked' which i discovered via GCMS notes)

If i were you i'd say yes. Then upload LOE on how we are not in touch and I don't have her approval to add her to my application, in the placeholder for relatives in Canada. But be sure whether you're still eligible without her five points before doing this.

Reason why i'd say yes is that it always feels like lying when you answer no to that question: do you have any relatives in Canada? if you actually have relatives. Na just fear of misrepresentation sha.

LOL, processing times turned people to data analysts so they figured out a method to IRCC’s madness.

IP1 or IP2 are not real stages, people just developed them for the changes in background check status

IP1 - is when your BG status shows “Your Application is in progress, we will send you a message when we start your BG”
IP2 - is when your BG status Shows “We are processing your BG, we will send you a message if we need more info”

It’s like the IP1/IP2 thing don cast sha, it’s all random now.

Oh thanks for the insight. So mine was not a ghost update after all, The background changed to “We are processing your BG, we will send you a message if we need more info” though not sure if the previous status was “Your Application is in progress, we will send you a message when we start your BG” So is it safe to say I am in IP2?

Nope. Just your international passport details and maybe passport photos. Tell them it's upfront medicals for Canadian immigration.

For everyone that hasn't been able to view their result with MOD, you can do that now. Just checked mine, so happy IELTS has finally released me o!
firsT ielts (march 2018) was BC: LRWS: 9,9,6.5,7.5, (applied for remark and after like 15weeks result came out unchanged, pained me ehn!)

Second attempt MOD: 8.5,9,7,8.5

Good day everyone.

Ihave tried to assimilate as much as I can from part 1 but not so many people have used self employ for EE.
Since graduation I have always worked for family. I dont have a pay slip since its a family business since 2004. I started out on, my own 2009 till present. The company is registered by my Mum she's late now. I do pay tax but unfortunately in my own name cos the company name is used by me and my siblings. We offer different services.
My husband also is self employed, we have a school he manages.
He has an MSC while I have a Bsc.
please can you give suggestions on how to go about this. Am kinda confused.
