Your uncle should suffice as a sponsor.

You do not need to show POF for dependents not traveling with you.

It is in your interest to submit your own bank statements as evidence of your income and personal circumstances in Nigeria aside your sponsor's.

Your school/Uni may waive your English proficiency test but it's unlikely the current immigration would.

IELTS or PTE will do the trick although PTE is much easier.
Academics is much harder than General Training as you will need Academics level when you are aspiring on becoming a teacher/lecturer etc.

I don't want to feed wrong information. In the past it was possible for schools to waive you of English exam cum SOA and you still get your visa. Things have changed with the new govt.

Your case officer may still request for IElts/PTE and or SOA if they perceive you as a non-genuine temporary entrant. So its best you get those documents handy.

Financial requirements
English proficiency requirements
Health and character requirements

dats a big lie.. Package ur visa application very well and a very strong SOP. Also be truthful to them about your refusal cos a lot finally get it after two or 3 refusal. N lastly pray n pray.

Try skuls in regional areas or say Tasmania .I think they need more people and student to come to those places so u have higher chances of getting visa.

Is your sponsor your Parent If No just submit an affidavit of relationship and a sponsorship letter.

just state that he is your uncle in your SOP. And let him do the same. Please also do an affidavit of sponsorship in your uncle's name. Make your documents as legitimate as possible..

you dont need all that, but if you can get that it will be a plus. I didnt include birth certificates. I got an affidavit of sponsorship sworn before the commissioner for oath. That document is very important. Let him sign SOP and go to court, tell the court clerks you want to get affidavit of sponsorship

Visa Grant - Sept 21st
Docs submitted- transcript, waec, sponsorship letter(step dad) , birth certificate, affidavit of relationship between me and sponsor, Sponsor's personal and company bank statement, sponsors CAC, Employment letter, SOP.
Place of birth in passport was different from birth cert,And I noticed after I submitted my visa app.. Although I was told it won't be an issue, i submitted an affidavit of correction.

It depends on what occupation you would be able to nominate at the end of your studies.

There is construction Project manager but vetasses requires one year post qualification experience.

So it's better to apply for PR now with your Chemical engineering. You can get a positive skills assessment with engineers Australia without work experience.

Going for certificate less than your degree is a red flag. They would know you're only going for permanent residency.
