Oga, INEC Chairman has spoken. He understands the Electoral Act more than your talkative party chairman. The courts cannot rule against INEC in this regard.
Deal with it!

Only Biafran goats are as foolish as this. APC government will conduct election without APC candidates? You Biafrans goats must all be mad. Goatluck Jonaddaft postponed the 2015 elections in order to buy time to bribe Yorubas to vote for the clueless one. For the two weeks of the postponement, Goatluck was in Yorubaland sharing naira and dollars. At the end of the day, Goatluck is back to his fish pond in Otuoke. Now you fools should listen very very well, Buhari can also site security reasons and postpone elections for 12 months, what would you do?

Fools everywhere. Intelligent people would understand that INEC released that statement so that APC sit up and forward their list of candidates before 18th which is the deadline.

Imo APC does not have a candidate

I thought you Igbos said Rochas is hated in Imo state. Why are u bothered about APC candidates. Why not simply go and vote against Rochas since he will be defeated.

Naso Mr. Chairman. It is just silly of anybody to think APC won't contest any elective position in Zamfara state. There are so many ways of throwing up candidates and that choice rest with the party and not INEC. PDP as at today has not conducted primary in my federal constituency and INEC has not written any self serving letter to them that they won't be participating in next year election. I think INEC is trying too much to create an impression of independence. They should conduct free and fair election and stop trying to impress anybody.
How you think an election could take place without the presence of INEC and being monitored by INEC is beyond reasoning. Perhaps you think it's an SUG election? And how Oshiomole tried to twist facts by saying they went to a hotel to settle themselves and agreed on candidates is laughable! Since when is gathering in a hotel to ''agree'', become a legal party primary! Only a fool would believe that nonsense.

As far as the date given by INEC to conclude primaries was October 7th, APC can't by pass this rule, they are wasting their time, thank God we still have a sane judiciary

Did you read INEC's statement? They said they are not aware of any consensus method as claimed by APC, PDP will use that as evidence in court.

Madam, get yourself updated.most of you pdp supporters are empty when it comes to political history and constitutional provisions.whether apc conduct a direct primary or not is their internal affair and doesnt concern pdp.only apc members who partook im the primaries can go to court.go and study your electoral act before commenting here woman.
By the way as for inec, apc said they conducted a consensus arrangement so inec just have to accept.

I honestly was shocked seeing INEC we all know is a Buhari lapdog issuing such statement(probably because of PDP's pressure)

Same INEC that said its officials were deployed and comfirmed that no election was conducted will change stance Immediately......

Abi primary dey eligible without any INEC official on ground?

INEC/EFCC/DSS/NPF/NA etc are all Partisans

QUITE SHAMEFUL!!!
Why taking panadol on top of issue you know nothing about. The constitution recognize different modes of primary election. If not direct primary, or indirect primary, it can be by consensus. INEC erred by not first seek for clarification before passing judgement. Consensus candidate is tenable in law.
Re: Oshiomhole Replies INEC On Zamfara Primary Elections by SternProphet: 7:53pm On Oct 10, 2018
INEC has goofed here. That's a very cogent reply from Oshiomole. I was actually going to accuse UNEC of lying. There were primaries and disagreements after primaries. The resolution of those agreements must terminate on the 18th. Obviously, INEC was trying too hard to be seen as tough and efficient and in this instance they over reached

Please educate yourself, INEC is not obligated to monitor primary on consensus base. They're only mandated to monitor indirect primary and not even direct primary because they can not be everywhere. Till date nobody heard when the primary of PDP Kwara central senatorial primary was conducted but they can claim it was by consensus. The law has settled this that it is a party affair.
