Congrats. Every victory is worth celebrating no matter how small.

I'm also going through the ECA phase and it's nice seeing positive posts.

Sthill5:
I can finally share my first good news on this thread.

After a grueling 6 months of transcript and verification issues with OOU for my diploma attained in 2006, my ECA is finally ready. Completion date was September 19 but only God and WES knows why it took so long

Also my degree equivalent from the UK (British Computer Society ) was evaluated to be a canadian bachelors degree so I can now officially claim points for two certificates! So if you or someone you know has BCS qualifications in IT, they should evaluate it

Thank you newmum and happytbaby for encouraging me to go through the naija stress of evaluating my diploma. I spent almost 150k and 4 trips to ago-iwoye. Coming back home late at night with bad roads and crazy drivers. If you know Epe express way, you will understand. This is not ppr but its a breakthrough for me. Now awaiting IELTS tomorrow.

GUYS I need help , i have Bsc from FUTA , Msc from UI. Everyother requiremenmt met. 8.5,7,7,7. age 28, 5 years experience . i want to do ECA with WES. But i need to know first .

do i have to evaluate both Bsc and Msc results . Also is it a must to send WAEC.
LASTLY , i want to know is tehre anyway i can fasttrack this WES program . dont want it to go beyond 2 months . thanks

Evaluate only the Msc as it gives you the max points for education.

You have absolutely no control over how long the evaluation will take so just relax do your part and wait. and yes it is now a must to submit WAEC but you can avoid it by using other bodies like ICES and IQAS

Hi double congrats.
The advice @efueh gave you is cool.
Since you are relocating, just send a mail that you are travelling to Australia and that you want to submit your passport at the VAC in Sydney.
suzzyallen:
Evening everyone. Pls I need your help. My family and I received PPR this morn(thank God) and the email says we are to send our passports within 15days of receipt of the email. The issue now is that we can't submit our passports now because we are leaving Nigeria for Sydney on the 16th of October, 2018 to arrive Sydney on the 18th. My question is how do I navigate around this. Is it possible to submit the passports at VFS global in Sydney or I have to courier the passports to VFS global in Nigeria. Ur prompt response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Relative, yes?
Signature, the relative can handle it.
Stmt of result, not needed. It can be reprinted there if needed. Give her your exam centre and year.
Asinkwa:
Hi everyone,

Please can anyone give me an idea on how to get my WAEC verification sent to WES as I am already in Canada but need it to complete my CPA verification. Can I ask a relative to go to WAEC for me? How will I get my signature on the affidavit? I have been searching my documents but can't find my WAEC statement of result, how then do I get the photocopies to be sent? (The scanned copy I had was in my External hard Drive which was stolen from my travelling bag at the airport).

Vickyehi's advice is correct.

I have a brother who has/is overstaying in Malaysia.
I added him to.my application and put place of residence as Malaysia. I am not responsible for his decision and can not be held liable. He is an adult.

I have ppr and in my gcms notes, nothing was raised on that.

Hello house , make una help me look into this matter , am filling my application and I noticed I need to include family( sister , brother , mother , father etc) details even tho they are not accompanying me.
But I get one small problem my twin sister over stayed in USA , long time ago , due to marriage issues. Her hubby keeps beating her. angry she’s still currently in the USA. But she’s planning on coming back. This year
Pls should I add her to my application or will it affect my application if I don’t
But if I add her will her status affect my application , can’t wait till she’s back cous my ita will expire.
Pls honest advice.

Evaluate only your masters degree for this process. I used less than 20k to process my transcript ( including my student's copy) no verification fee. UI postgraduate is very organised, it will be faster if you have someone there to push things.

You can send your MSc. certificate directly to WES using hellofax.

Yes, it is a must to verify your waec now, it is straightforward too, just search for the posts here on Nairaland.

Yes, you can get everything done within 2months.

@vickyehi,
Thanks , but in the application they are requested for the following. Her name , date of birth and her residence , does that mean where she’s from I.e. Nigeria or Ogun state
Or am I getting it wrong. angry sad
You sound like you're thinking of excluding her in your application, no try am O!!
Even if she is a grand commander in Al Qaeda, you must add her to the application.
You're not the one that asked her to overstay, and it's not your responsibility to go and bring her back from the US. IRCC will not hold you to that and it won't affect your application.
Stop worrying

Oga what more do you want.

All they need is her name DOB and address.

They dont know neither do they care about her status.

They just need to know those related to you simple as ABC. Leave her out and she ceases to be your blood in IRCC-eyes.

Go to sleep man!!!

In response to the question below this is my advise, anywhere you see Etx-ng please make a U Turn. They are just after your money and will do nothing. I have had a personal experience. I had to personally use my dad to get the work done. Even when he bought an Etx agent in my school recharge card so she could monitor the process he initiated and call him, she didn't. When she saw my dad again she acted like she did not know him. If you love your money and time, stay away from Etx-ng

Please guys, does anyone have a contact for Lautech PG transcript? My cousin paid someone two months ago but the person no longer picks his calls nor respond to his messages. And no transcript yet. Abeg make una help me...

Also, any opinions about using Etx-ng? I want to suggest that to him too

Sorry for the Etx-ng palava.
I think application for Lautech transcript is online. I've been on it since August 31st, though it isn't a PG transcript.

Its PPR guys.... I am a silent follower. Been following since 2016 and this thread taught me almost everything about the immigration process so thanks to everybody and may you all get a PPR.

AOR - March 19, 2018
IP1- March 23
MEP- April 17
IP 2- Sept 17
ADR - Sept 21-Height and eye colour request ( submitted immediately)
PPR- Oct 9

My journey started in 2016 when my husband's cousin told me about it but she advised me to use an agent. When i contacted an agent and he told me to bring 3000 dollars, i just knew there was no way my husband was gonna agree to that and he was also not ready to do any research so i just dashed myself brain and started researching on Nairaland straight.. knew i could get almost all the information i needed here.
I wrote ielts twice and still didnt have 8 in listening so husband decided to be the primary applicant since he had more work experience than me anywayz. He wrote 4 times and kept having 6.5 in either reading or writing. I was so frustrated because i was pregnant and really wanted to have my baby abroad and husband had told me to either choose using our money to give birth in the US or to pursue the Canada immigration plan, i chose the latter because i thought i could give birth in Canada and the whole family still gets to become permanent residents but God was just doing Yimu for me i guess. Anywayz, our point was sitting at 411since last year and when the cutoff points were reducing last year, i was very hopeful that it would get to 411 and one of the most painful days of my life was when the draw was out that day and it was 413 ( this is because the draw was following a particular trend, reducing my 4 to 5 points). I cried that day enh, i couldnt just be strong any longer. To cut the long story short, i advised my husband to go through the provincial route and that was the beginning of another torture...... watch out for part 2 ( ghen ghen ghen ghen) heheheh

Congrats dear.

PPR!!! PPR!! PPR!!!

Silent reader coming through.........

Kimon.... Kimon.... kimon... I have screamed, danced danced danced all over the place, Still in shock.... This God is toooooooo goooooood oooo

Yelzzz Yelzzzzz.

So I found this thread after my application was submitted. I come here time and time again to read all the wonderful PPR stories. I got so much joy reading them, so, I am here to share mine and I hope it encourages others as well.

Decision to travel: December 2017
Started ECA with IQAS January this year
Hubby ECA started sometime in March (NASU strike things)

IELTS was booked for April so we started preparations early.

In May our IELTS results arrived.. God favoured us with just what we needed
Moi: LRWS: 8.5,8.5,7,8
Hubbs: 9,9,6.5,7.5
My ECA also arrived early May
Hubby's ECA yet to arrive.

And so, without further ado we dived into the pool on the 21st of May

ITA : 23rd May

Hubby's ECA arrived in June so we included it in the application. CRS score increased by 10 points (Explained in LOE)

AOR: 9th July
MEP/IP1: 25th July
IP2: 6th Oct
PPR: Dated 9th OCT but arrived on the 10th.

Something else I should mention.
I read somewhere that if we include NYSC as time with the "Government" under personal history, it could result in extensive security screening, well I guess that did not apply to me... I was busy getting myself worked up for nothing.

So this is it! Join me to rejoice people. I pray that each and everyone of us arrived at Canny Land in no distant time.

Let me also thank the amazing individual(s) who selflessly put up this platform. God bless you abundantly.

M so sorry. Been under a lot of pressure this week as am relocating to Australia next week. Actually have Aussie PR, so we done pop champagne before before. PPR came as a surprise. Started Canadian route in Jan, 2018 when the Aussie PR got delayed (13 months) and i started to loose hope of getting a positive response. Wrote IELTS- Feb 2018, verification of my credentials delayed so entered pool in April and got ITA in May. Applied for Canny visa July 20, but wasnt really expecting PPR so soon. It hasn't really sunk in as have been busy packing and trying to sell some of my stuff..... God has really wiped away all my tears. This time last year, I was in tears cos we received bad news concerning our Aussie visa application. See how God works. He gave us double for our trouble......Eyin Oluwa logooo!!!!!

Ogo oooooooooooooooo. double congrats to you. so what do you plan on doing now, You cant keep both PRs can you? Cos I know for Canada you will need to be physically present in Canada for a minimum number of days in a year to renew it. Which will you stick with.
