I filled out my free scores report to the 4 schools, ahead of the Saturdays exam on my Toefl account.... When I click confirm, it showed me total fee of $ 80 .........is it meant to be?, shouldn't it be free or I don't understand

Per the ETS website, "Your test fee includes 4 free official TOEFL® score reports to be sent to the TOEFL Destinations that you select before the test. Score report recipients can be added or deleted through the TOEFL iBT® online registration system until 10 p.m. (local test center time) on the day before your test. For selections made after the 10 p.m. deadline, there is a fee of US$20 for each score report requested. Score recipients cannot be changed or deleted after the 10 p.m. deadline."

Based on your screenshot, you seem to have met all the requirements for the 4 free score reports. Given the short time period you have before your test date, it may be best to call ETS to clarify things (Phone: 1-609-771-7100 or 1-877-863-3546 Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7:45 p.m. Eastern Time (1 p.m. - 12:45 a.m. Nigerian Time).

For WAEC, I can't say anything about that because I had evaluated before the new policy, I only evaluated my degree... You can visit UPS or DHL website to see their cost for international delivery.

Doing that you're going to make things complex for yourself . You just give the V.O a good reason (s) why you want to get another degree

Honestly there is no different between a pure accounting and an accounting education program, I studied political science education and that made me knew. The only thing is that while the former is a single honou degree the latter is double. The education can be regarded as minor while filling your details for application

I'm sorry if in anyway you felt slighted by my earlier comment. Now to answer your question, there is a place for you with any class of degree you possess. However, the school may not be top notch. A short answer to your question is NO.

To stand a chance to better ranked schools, you need to improve your profile by way of writing and acing your standardized tests, getting an excellent statement of purpose, with nice recommendation letters to complement. If you possess relevant working experience in your preferred study area, that could be an icing.

Do these and then do some Google research about schools that suit you and can admit you. There is joy when the work is done, when you know you ran the race, and when the crown of victory is won. Best wishes!
