Hello nairalanders i have been smoking for almost 2 years now, this is not this first time I have tried this but i'll end up rolling weed again. I'm 22 and a good footballer I left football years ago because of lack funds now I have the money to push myself to Europe. .I just wanna stop this shit. I was into Tramadol before but I gave that up. Please help me any tips to guide me. Thank you |

It's a long journey but Just try. Why do people get themselves into problems they clearly know is bad for them you know its gonna disturb you but you still start smoking it and now you want us to do the thinking and therapy. |

Lol. Dude, it isn't addictive so is not that hard to stop. You'll only feel a bit blue and down on Day 2 and 3 of staying clean and that's it. If u make it past Day 3 then it's highway to paradise. Ive never heard of someone who willingly wants to quit except it's work related. Well. It's ur life. RIP, from all Stoner. We'll miss you, braa.

beejay501:  You make it sound like it's tobacco. Anyways it's doable. Breaks are good especially if you've been hitting the joint for a good while consistently.The longest break I've taken is 2 weeks. That was when I had a flu that came with a cough. I'm thinking about taking a break too. I've reached my plateau and don't get high as fast as before. I for like follow you do this fast but I'm battling with depression and don't want it to get the best of me  1 Like |
