Hello nairalanders i have been smoking for almost 2 years now, this is not this first time I have tried this but i'll end up rolling weed again.
I'm 22 and a good footballer I left football years ago because of lack funds now I have the money to push myself to Europe. .I just wanna stop this shit.
I was into Tramadol before but I gave that up. Please help me any tips to guide me. Thank you

Lol. Dude, it isn't addictive so is not that hard to stop. You'll only feel a bit blue and down on Day 2 and 3 of staying clean and that's it. If u make it past Day 3 then it's highway to paradise.

The longest break I've taken is 2 weeks. That was when I had a flu that came with a cough.

I'm thinking about taking a break too. I've reached my plateau and don't get high as fast as before.

I for like follow you do this fast but I'm battling with depression and don't want it to get the best of me
