On a serious note, did you dial both short code I stated?
Because, I dialed both and saw 9.2gb including an additional 400mb bonus which was as a result of double accumulation.

2.Buy Airtel card 200naira, load with *143*Pin# (It must be a physical card)
You should get 200naira for 4.6gig and this can be repeated for accumulation.

3.Check data with *223# and *140#

PS: In the event of "not eligible" transfer the sim to a smartphone that the sim hasn't been used on before and re-send the message.

Band 28 is categorized into 2 which 28A/28B glo uses 28A only....
