are you sure glo 4g is in your location?. 2ndly are you sure your glo sig is 4g?. if yes to the above questions, contact glo cc via chat, they will help confirm your sims status, i had a similar problem, not knowing that the alleged 4g sim sold to me at glo office wasnt a 4g sim!

1. Not sure if Glo 4G signals cover my area but From Glo's coverage map, the area is covered (VI-Lekki axis)

2. I wasn't actually testing with a Glo SIM card but rather using the phone to scout 4G signals around. I saw all the other networks except Glo (all the networks are supported by the phone except Spectranet, Swift and Smile - funny how they all start with letter 'S' )

3. I hope to get a 4G Glo SIM but scared it might not be backward compatible with 3G which might mean losing coverage when this happens.
