The thing is most OEMS disable some LTE bands on their devices even though they support it in theory. To renable such bands, one would have to root in order to get a work around solution.

1.Send get to 141, you should receive a congratulations message, if not you will receive a "not eligible" reply.

2.Buy Airtel card 200naira, load with *143*Pin# (It must be a physical card)
You should get 200naira for 4.6gig and this can be repeated for accumulation.

3.Check data with *223# and *140#

PS: In the event of "not eligible" transfer the sim to a smartphone that the sim hasn't been used on before and re-send the message.
