Thank you very much for the response, please what's CVEC?

The CVEC was adopted in March 2018 under a new law on “Student Orientation and Success.” Its purpose is to improve student services, specifically in the areas of social life, health, culture, and athletics.

The funds raised through the CVEC program will finance activities whose primary beneficiaries are students. These will take a variety of forms—among them access to health care, social support, recreational opportunities, and artistic and cultural events. The result will be an overall improvement in student services and support.

wanted to attend a conference on 21st this month and do a little tourism. But just been refused today. Does it make sense to appeal and how does one go about it. I'm well employed here and very good account statement. And the initial conference I filled would have ended.
Honestly I can't leave my job and family for more than a week. Just to get some international exposure

I am sorry for your refusal.
When you say good account statement what do you mean? Please share all documents you submitted let the gurus in the house help check where the fault lies.

my in and out is over 30 million. My kind of work requires cash. And closing balance was over 3million. Submitted my cac documents, ID card, marriage certificate, hotel reservation, flight ticket introduction letter, and conference invitation. All my documents were 100% legit. Was told at d submission center to change it to business as it requires me attending a conference relating to my work.
I wish to reapply, and have a German citizen sister. Don't know if there's a way she could file an iv for me. Probably to Germany.

Sorry about your refusal.

When you say you wish to reapply for a Schengen visa and to Germany this time, I assume you want to go for the purpose of tourism this time. My advice would be for you to leave the application till at least spring next year, at a time when the weather is warm and holiday-makers are on the move, so you don't seem desperate by applying to another Schengen country for a different purpose immediately after being refused by the French for the conference/business trip.

Sometimes the refusals are not objectively justified, this happens. However, you may want to run your application by someone to see if there was anything you got wrong in the first application so you can correct it the next time around.

6M is more than OK. You and your hubby will pay about 36k each while your daughter will only pay 10k processing fee as children below 6 don't pay Visa fee.
Both of you should get letters of introduction from your employers stating your job tittles and period of vacation if possible. Pay slips, 3 months account statement. Photocopy of office ID cards, proof of landed property if any. Travel insurance for three of you. AIICO insurance will be okay. 6 days is their own one week. 3 passports photograph; Photocopy of previous visa

I was denied on the basis that I might abuse my stay, also, I was advised to learn French in my home country. Guess I messed up with the OFII form I filled as I used Google translator. Thanks for your concern

Hello house,
I have been trying to book an appointment to VFS global for France visa application.
I can't seem to get that done, phone, online or whatever.
Is there something I should know? They recently moved from Lobito to a new place. Could that be a reason?
The options on phone all direct to website. Website has no link

you don't have to book an appointment to submit your file, just walk into the VFS and submit the required documents. I hope this helps?
