Hmmm......moving away from our culture.... packing away our elderly in nursing homes...getting them out of our way. And why would a Christian build such then hand it over to the Pagans?....unless he believes Catholics are Christians.

The Catholic Church is very good at setting and maintaining standards. Most Catholic schools and seminaries are top notch (I'm a product of one). The church must have noticed this hence the handover. Anambra state is breaking grounds in education cos Peter Obi(* the then governor of anambra state handed over schools to the church.

Let me just give an insight into the reason why I think he handed the edifice to the Catholic.

The structure of Catholic Church settings will enable total utilisation of the edifice without much stress. Rev. Sisters will drafted to assist in taking care of the elderly and rendering health services to them on day to day basic at no cost and also maintain the environment which is part of their duties and calling. That i think is better than employing people to do those jobs.

Same Pentecostal church we pay tithe to just used the tithe to build a building they gave to the Catholic church

Catholic Church are good at managing anything meant for the public

He is a learned and wise man. Only the Catholics can Manage such.

The Catholics are good at Human management, discipline and development.
That is why we have such platforms as Centre for the blind, Centre for the Handicaps, Eye clinics etc all developed and manged by catholics/missionaries.

Congrats to the church and the pastor, how will they share the rooms to them, it seems it's a duplex, since they are old i don't think they will have the strength to climb upstair, bungalow would have been better.
