I never knew he gave it to someone else but then, my account got closed and amazon confirmed that it was due to loading of many invalid cards(it might be a stolen card using to buying giftcard or chargeback). Who knows.

I was having 200$ when my account got closed as well but i took it as good fate and moved on.

Sirlop has never scammed me and he has been straightforward with me. Thats whats i know about him

My take on this, both parties are simply just trading out of inexperience. About a month ago, saintulot contacted me on this issue pertaining to a friend (which I now see it is sirlop is referring to) and I told him how best he could go about unlocking the concerned accounts, it is now I'm seeing the full proportion of this issue.
Both parties should never have gotten to this complicated stage but for their inexperience. Saintulot, you should never have loaded someone's else cards into your own personal account. Since you are a reseller, your own business is just to resell but you decided to bring sympathy into a business relationship. As for sirlop, I expected you would have taken your hands off Amazon for some time and try and resolve the issues with your previous accounts that are locked already, instead you still went on involving other people's account oblivious of the fact that Amazon traces ip and device browser (same goes for saintulot). Now both of you are claiming right in this issue. However though sirlop, at least I expect you should know the risk in trading gift cards even if it is with cash receipt. You feel like you are the one losing out the most but that's business for you, you have an agreement with saintulot to pay him a certain amount, don't go back on it

first things first, the whole blame goes to SAINTULOT ...simply because he decided to mix business with pleasure or rather, he got greedy. greedy in the sense that he saw a customer who is always willing to purchase gift cards even if he is not paying right now, no problem , he will still pay. if you had collected your cash immediately after sending AGC or even before sending AGC, will the customer come and be telling you that his account is locked and he won't pay you?
what i will like to suggest in my humble opinion is for the losses to be shared, the buyer should pay the seller a % of what the buyer owes the seller. the amazon account being locked is not a fault of the seller, nor of the buyer, so therefore the account being locked should be removed from the equation completely and what remains is simply that the buyer is owing the seller for services rendered. and since buyer has also lost some funds it means he won't be able to come up with the funds to pay seller, so therefore, buyer should pay to seller a % of the money he owes to seller. any other judgement or reasoning especially for buyer to pay seller complete money might not work o.
this is just my humble opinion from my limited experience and exposure
and mr buyer, stop forming all high and mighty, seller owes you nothing, when you were purchasing the AGC from seller, did you not know the AGC was third party or even 4th party AGC? so why will you want to hold the seller accountable for amazon exercising their right?

Thanks for ur contribution, he was the one involved then and i shared the screenshots of our conversation with him then, to learn one or two things. He gave the instruction to load the card on my own personal account and I followed his instruction, don't let us forget that the person who gave the instruction is not a minor and he is not someone of unsound mind and there is evidence for the instruction he gave, if problems now comes up as a result of the instruction he gave and he is trying not to take responsibility, it means his integrity is questionable. If he had told me on that day he doesn't want, would i have forced it on him? I do tell you when i have Agc, have i ever forced my Agc on you if you say you don't want? This is also a morality issue, you needed help, someone helped you without charging you a dime, things now go awry, you are now blaming that person who helped you. This is something even if you had handle it yourself it won't stop the calamity from befalling you. Things ain't done like that.

Bros you don't know the meaning of greed, there is nothing like greed in all what transpired, did he pay me higher than what other customers pay? i have been doing business before he came into the picture and my business is still a going concern. I have done business with many pple on nairaland here and i always try as much as possible to do business with reliable and Trusted people, people you can deal with without fear or fidget. For AGC deals he is the only one that enjoys such privilege of holding on to the money before making payment and it was because he was a regular customer during the period and i thought he would be someone who won't betray my trust. Before him and after his episode, there are reputable nairalanders who i do business with that even if my money gets to the second day, i believe they ll pay, it has to do with the kind of person someone is dealing with, i thought he was such person, but i was wrong. I judged him wrongly.

If i chose to assist him out of my own free will because i was aware of his problem, it's because i have enjoyed such privilege before, from people that i have never met before who helped me through our encounter on the Internet. so if i chose to help someone who was distressed like this sirlop then and he ended up paying me back with evil, i will assume he is an ingrate and that wouldn't stop me from doing good again, if he doesn't appreciate my kind gesture somebody else will.

I have to quote this because this is l real and str8 forward, SaintUlot you shouldn’t have collect account to load for a customer . it’s very risky because when you sign in one amazon on different device is a red flag on its own, Bur the deed has been done! There is no scam here.. They both clearly have no idea how Amazon & Amazon Gift Cards work.

I traded Amazon GC for about a year and lost about $12 000 in about 10 different accounts to Amazon Gift Cards. All accounts closed for 2 major reasons

1. Account related to a closed account
2. Invalid gift card.

Amazon has a state of the art IT department so you can hardly get away with either of the 2 mentioned above.

Whenever your amazon account gets closed, it is advisable that:

1. You do not open another account on the same device(phones & Laptop), with the same Internet connection (modem, router, sim card etc)

2. You do not open a new account with any details relating to a previously closed account. Names & billing address should be totally different.

3. If possible, change your location (Relocate)

As for invalid gift card:
Invalid gift cards simply means gift card bought outside Amazon authorized third party seller stores, gift cards exchanged for other items such as BTC and cash outside the authorized third party seller stores, and gift cards bought fraudulently.

With the above been said, a gift card with cash receipt can still be an invalid gift card. In fact all cards bought from Nairaland, paxful, localbitcoin or whereever you bought yours from is an invalid gift card as long as you didn't walk into the store yourself to buy the gift card. All you can wish for is luck so Amazon doesn't flag you... Once you are flagged, there is a slim chance they won't find you guilty.

Amazon asks you to provide receipt of the gift cards redeemed and you provided receipts from Kansas, New York, Carlifornia and New Mexico...only you got gifts in form of gift cards from 4 different states in less than 24hrs . They know something is fishy and you account will likely be closed. (It is wriiten there at the back of these gift cards in red, you can't use this card as a form of payment and can be used to purchase items only on Amazon, something like that). Go to REDDIT and get yourself educated. There are those who have worked with Amazon before there ready to help and school you.

Sirlop, you went into the biz without knowing the risks involved, without knowing the rules of engagement, and you paid dearly for it just like I did. I do not believe SaintUlot should pay for your ignorance, he is only a vendor trying to help.
