Yea usually take a while after UTME EXAMS.

sir whats happening is that i finised my N.C.E program 2017 but i was having D7 in english so they refuse giving me result till i produce my credit in English and i want to be in want to b in universty come 2019 through direct entry.i dont know how to go about.
