He has been nice to me and i just started work this month

Am thinking it might be unfair to him if i quit Now

It depends on why you want to quit. if you can give him a good reason, then fine.

Do you think your boss would come to Nairaland to seek advise on how to sack you whenever he decides to terminate your employment?

You actually don't need a "good reason" to quit. All you gotta do is to give adequate notice.

Communicate with him and express yourself while doing so...

Just write a letter and inform him the genuine reason why you want to quit if he want to sack you he won't inform anyone or take permission for that

You have epilepsy and you want to go for spiritual treatment.

You may need to give him notice so that he can get a replacement. You might indicate to him your willingness to train and supervise the replacement pending your total exit.

You can also refer, that now and then, you will be reachable whenever available to assist the new employee .

If your employer is fair or level minded, you don’t have to part ways in other relationships aside work relationship with each-other.

All I got to tell you is “ Do what you want when you want”.

You can tell him point-blank with all honesty about another opportunity you have got to improve your skills. Except you wanna give him a resounding slap or pretending to be in a call and be saying loudly all my previous bosses die after every 2 months I start work.

If you want to quit because you don't like the work environment... face your boss as a man and tell him.. you can't keep working with him... give him reasons and don't let him change ur mind... unless he wanna raise ur salary
