Isreal does not give Nigeria financial aids. Secondly isrealis doctor here are for their private businesses. Remember that Nigeria has large number of doctors in other countries. U cant withdraw them. A country can only severe ties with another country. Apart from UK and USA mention other country in the world that can impose section. Recall that even use cannot do it unilaterally so he has to rally for support from other big nations. The case is by far different here.
