If I buy a voucher, can I use it at any test centre? Won't I be charged other fees from the test centre I nominate?

Yes you can. You won't be charged any additional fees.

call there customer care for the current rate as it fluctuates before you go ahead with any international transactions. You could also chat them up on there website.

I know it's fluctuates and that is why I asked. Just want to compare and be sure the spread is not so far off. 1-3naira per dollar is fare. If at black market it's 362, and gtb naira mastercard charges 364 I'm still OK. Than the buying of dollar and opening dom account brouhaha

What does this actually mean?

Pro rata occupations are occupations for which there is a high demand and competition. And due to that high demand, the number of people invited per round in a pro rata occupation is limited to a certain number within the number of invites in a round.

ICT Business and System Analysts fall within this group.

OK. So do they use higher points for them or a breaking tie rule?

I almost lost my mind from waiting. I don check immitracker tire. everyone needs a distraction once you pay for visa and apply. That’s the only way to remain sane.
