My Infinix Hot 5 pops "internal storage running low" and "Your phone storage is full", ever since then I've find it so difficult to receive SMS. Despite having a 32Gb memory inserted in the phone.

Please help me... I inserted an airtel sim card on my infinix note 2 few minutes ago and they requested i shuld enter my privacy protection password... Which i didn't have.. I thought d fault might be frm d sim but wen i remove de sim, it was still requesting for my privacy protection password... Please i need your help.... I can't use my phone right now...
