Getting a reliable shipping company these days is so difficult. There are so many of them but none of them is really reliable. It's when you send your package for them that story story will start.. I just wish there is one that's organised and reliable.

I heard NBC Skye Shipping is good. I tried to get in touch with their customer care both in Nigeria and in China.. The one in Nigeria answered well but was really vague in his replies to basic questions. The one in the China didn't even answer at all even though messages were delivering and he was showing up on line regularly.

Meanwhile the Nigeria contact had told me its the China contact I'd talk to when my item ships to them.

Imagine your supplier shipping your items to an address and your contact in China goes dead on you. Communication is the biggest problems these shipping agents have.

Seriously , this is one very big problem ,I even thought I had the wrong contact ...the lady was showing online and didn't even reply messages at all. I later thought maybe it was because of the time zone , I waited till 2am (+ 8 hours thats 10am their own time) still no response. Can you imagine if you want a 24 hour shipping and your so called agent doesn't respond to you ? really sad bro

Very sad situation, its just one of the basic problems of Nigeria and Nigerians, we can't just handle something smoothly. If one white man swoops in now, and takes control of the business perfectly.. It will seem as if Nigerians don't patronize Nigerian companies.


We're not even complaining of your usual slow deliveries now, or your inconsistent cargo weight measurements. Simple communicating with customers na wahala..

Chrisvicmall is giving me issues recently.
First, most of my shipment are always incomplete and they will never get it sorted. Secondly they just increased their exchange rate without informing customers lastly their customer service here in Nigeria is very poor. They hardly sort issues.I myself is on d lookout for any reliable agent!
