I can see my tithe in the belly of my pastor. I have stopped PAYING my tithe in the church ad started GIVINNG my tithe to the right destination

Don'tbe deceived by Pastorprenuers like the person that posted above. Read Duet 14: 22 - 29. You will see God's reason/purpose for tithing are enumerated in these verse. God also gave direction on what to do with your tithes are detailed in the verses.

The one million dollar question is, if tithes pre-dated Laws like you said and Jesus Christ (the Author and Finisher of our Faith) never made tithe one of the pillars of Salvation, why are you Pastorprenuers institing on tithes as a pillar of Christianity?

That’s false
They shared all they(own) not the offering in the church. So I should look out for a brother or sister in need and take care of them but the tithe must still come in. Please go read that part of the Acts again

The first tithe was to be spent on travel and worship expenses for attending the annual feasts in Jerusalem (Deut. 14:22-26). The second tithe made provision for the Levites who ministered in the Temple (Deut. 14:27, Num. 18:21). The third tithe was collected every three years and distributed to the poor and needy (Deut. 14:28-29, 26:12). THIS was the tithing law that Jesus accused the Scribes and Pharisees of neglecting.

I am a Christian and I pay my tithe. I believe tithe belongs to God and when I don't pay I rob God according to Malachi 3:8. As Christian we have the spirit of God in us, so since tithe is God's money He gets to decide what I do with His money and not what my pastor says. Today He (The Holy Spirit in me) asked me to give His money to internally displaced persons (IDPs). So my tithe for last month was given to IDPs because the Owner said so. Most times I pay to my church, so my brother if God says you should give His money(tithe) to a somebody in need who are you to say no is it your money?

Not to deviate from the question? To give tithe or give it to the sick instead. Now, my own take is this, if you believe nothing should stand against your tithe and God; and the tithe you’ve given in the past has worked for you undeniably, then by all means you know what to do already. For the giving of a sick person, the Bible encourages us to help those in need, especially the household of faith. If you are a giver, God will unrepentantly be committed to making sure you do not lack a seed in your hand. If God lays it on your heart to help a sick person or anyone in need, I am certain beyond any reasonable doubt that He’s going to make a provision for that. I’m telling you from experience. Now the thing is this, you will never get a uniform answer to this question, especially on this platform because we have different views to this matter. While some might approach the question intellectually or commonsensically( if there’s anything like that), some may do so theologically or philosophically, others as they are led by God himself.

To OP, if you have confusion about this kind of question or any other one, I think it will do you good to approach a spiritual leader whose advice or opinion you value; but much more, the Holy Spirit is the best bet. There are certain spiritual truths that are not taught you by men. You must encounter them through your relationship with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is meant to GUIDE US INTO ALL TRUTH.
