Your scholarship is a bonus, but if the consular who interviewed you during the second appearance leave behind a dirty message on your profile in their system--based on the information you changed on your second dsform, then the third interviewer may noticed it and make decision using that.

However, you have a chance. Prepare to answer to question as to why you changed your sponsor the second time--in case the consular noticed and show interest in this at all. How did you get this scholarship? (Post what you plan to say and let me see). Who's your sponsor? (perhaps, go to the third interview with Dad's and Uncle bank statements-- to convey both have hand in the sponsorship. If your interview gets to the point you're asked who is sponsoring you, this is an opportunity for you to show that you did not really make up the previous change on sponsorship based on misrepresentation but because both of them wants to sponsor you).

Whether the third interview will be a successful one depends on how you respond to questions, quality of that response, and chiefly on the consular. Do not assume your full scholarship guarantee the visa; it doesn't! Prepare for a strong interview. Goodluck.

Fonoth:
Good day gurus in the house,a friend suggested this platform.
Please, I have gone for my interview and was denied twice. I was scared in The first one;I wasn't convincing enough. The second one, the vo, noticed a discrepancy.. I mentioned my Dad as sponsor the first time.. and this second time that I wasn't scared, I mentioned my uncle..
Now,I'm processing another university with guaranteed (full scholarship).
Please what are the likely questions I'd be asked?
I anticipate a quick helpful response. thanks

I strongly believe the "other" does not include engaged. I don't even think this is something you should worry about.
Enasdan:
good morning, please in my DS-160 form, in the column for marital status, please I'm choosing the other option and filling as ENGAGED, but I'm still single and unmarried, how good is the option, will it be an issue during interview, thanks.

Good day everybody.
Please I need an urgent answer to my question.

I was denied visa on Aug 11th at the Abuja embassy because the VO was unable to verify my sevis fee payment.
NOTE: I actually gave someone in the US money to make the payment and I cant really say where the fault is from (the guy is swearing with his life that he made the payment)
Bottom line: I have decided to make the payment from Nigeria here but the closest date open for visa re-application is on the 29th and my school starts on 30th.

Please I need advice on what to do next, the only option I have is to seek for late arrival from my school. I dont really know how the process works and I pray someone here might suggest a better option.

My interview was very short:
VO: Good morning
Me: Good morning

VO: your I-20 and passport
Me: I passed it

VO: you are going to Ashland university?
Me: yes, to further my studies in Masters in business administration

VO: can i have your servis fee receipt
Me: gave her

VO: you have not made this payment, make the payment and reapply again
Me: please check very well

VO: clicks on her keyboard for some secs and passed the dreaded pink paper

Please I need help on what to do next.
HI,
Please how do I know if a sevis payment is fake or genuine....

I am going to the the university of south Florida to study for my masters degree in Electrical Engineering

Vo: How do you know about this university?
I read one of prof don morel's research paper which was granted patent in 2011 in the field of photovoltaic solar energy system and I contacted the prof to show my interest in this field. He advised that I should apply officially to this university.

Vo: tell me about this invention/research paper.
It is a method of manufacturing solar cell with Copper- indium-gallium-selenide semiconductor which is of low cost and high Efficiency compared to solar cells made of poly-Crystalline Silicon.

Vo: You have been previously refused visa, why were you denied?
The letter states that I don't have enough ties to my home country because I couldn't Convince the Visa Officer of my true intent which I believe was due to my timidity being my first time applying for a ViSa.

Vo: so tell me your true intent of studying in America
I want to study and research on Photovoltaic solar system for my masters degree which would help me with my career goal of transforming and improving my dads company by introducing solar energy system as a main source of power in Nigeria just as NEXTERA energy company in the US generate about 930MW of Power in Florida through solar cells. This would directly contribute to the Nigeria power sector.

Vo: What type of company does your dad own?
Its an electrical contracting company. We deal with Electrical installation of Cabling and associated devices such as switches, distribution boards, sockets and light fittings in a structure.

Vo: Tell me about your educational background

Vo: How many universities u applied to?
I applied to 6universites and I got admitted in all

Vo: why this University?
Because I want to be involved in an innovative research. I will be learning from faculties known for inventions and will be researching under an inventor, Prof. Don Morel. The university is ranked amongst the only 25 best universities for technology transfer in the US. It's also ranked 12th for generating US patent in the World.

Who's your sponsor?
I secured a loan from prodigy finance which my dad will be responsible for while my Aunt will be supporting me. He will be paying $500 to prodigy finance monthly while I'm in school.

I actually did this, the new school will prepare a prior I20 for you, visit the fmjfee.com website and click on the I901 fee transfer button, fill in the details of the new Sevis code from your preferred school and the new school sevis code, they'll send you a 'no reply' mail notifying you that they received your request and another one about the status...it takes two business days to completely transfer your sevis fee(note your fee is valid for a year)...best wishes

HI, you know any reliable avenue to actually pay my sevis fee? Please help

Please I have a question
What is the most accurate answer to this question
"Tell me about this course /program"

Is it to tell the VO the duration of the course, credit units and the other courses that will be done or

How the course will be useful to Nigeria when you come back. i.e what the degree will do for you.
There might not be enough time to talk about both so which one nails the question better.
Thank you
