I did when I applied however, I chose another school instead. It came with the admission decision and I guess it could be because it was a PhD admit.

What is the meaning of early decision admission.
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 14 by fairheart(m): 9:50am On Nov 12, 2018
It means you will be notified early if you are accepted. Basically, EDA is hinged on submitting your application very early--to meet the EDA deadline. It is best option for students that just one or 2 schools. If you are accepted, you know in time; if not, you quickly move to the next school.

Spring2019:
Please I have a question
What is the most accurate answer to this question
"Tell me about this course /program"

Is it to tell the VO the duration of the course, credit units and the other courses that will be done or

How the course will be useful to Nigeria when you come back. i.e what the degree will do for you.
There might not be enough time to talk about both so which one nails the question better.
Thank you

Anyone please??

how early are we talking here ? December 1st?

Use your initiative and stop asking questions that if you read your application well enough, you will understand what is being said. I was comprehensive enough. If you don't understand my response to your initial question, go back and read it again.

jesus bruh grin you got issues man, take a break from naira land or ignore the question if we to dumb for you . FYI aint nothing comprehensive about what you said fucker! i asked the deadline for an early admission decision and to answer my fucking question it would be ,it depends on the program but a simple google search suggests most have them around november 1.there! i answered my own question.
sorry to anybody who sees this but this fuckers reply somehow got on my nerve. i am sick and tired of asking for help and being told that "stop asking questions and use your initiative ".
angry i swear this pompous assholes who think they know it all just cause they went through it are fakes. you dont know shit bruh you just happened to experience it before me. its not a big deal.

You are not suppose to be here... I hope you are not applying for a masters but if you are, I think you need to go back to your undergraduate institution for a refund of your tuition and fees. He's not an Admission Officer of the said school you are applying to. How do you expect him to know when your application will be evaluated. You should understand his response to your question and not just come here to throw unethical diatribe.

Even from that compound word "Early Decision application" you should understand what it means. Your application will be evaluated and a decision will be received early with utmost consideration. Direct your other questions to the Admission officer of your school.

I'll try not to stoop and exchange words with you, because as much as my intuition says, you are 20-something, and that means a younger brother to me. In the first place you asked about Early Admission and I responded, and then you push that unnecessary question, which is a result of being docile. You are one of those poorly trained young Nigerians that makes people like me (who advocates for strong education system) wonder if there's hope for our country's future. I imagine if you can thrive in a foreign land? You'll not grow or come close to realizing your full potentials on earth if you don't change this silly and childish attitude you exhibit with what you just posted. Youth is a time of growth; a time to learn and cultivate strong academic character. There can be no growth without self-education, which you significantly lack. And it is pity!

I said you should use your initiative because I want you to grow. If you are so smart as you feign to be, you'd have known that I am one of those contributors who encourage students on this forum to ask questions. If your program application webpage contains answer to a question, go there and read first.
Nobody pay me for the contribution I have made and that I will still make here; we are educating you, guiding you, helping you stay focus and achieve your dream in many small ways we can.

If you were close to me, I'd give you a very hot slap that, for two days, you will forget your surname. You don't come here and insult people who are older than you. If you don't want to stretch and grow responsibly, do not go to America. It is not for someone like you, or else, you will mess up your life.

Now, I hope you'll correct yourself and delete this nonsense you posted here.

@poprich if you can't find accommodation look into renting your own place, like a studio apartment, or a roommate. They are also many other options. Don't 4get to bring a jacket. New England is cold around this time. Congrats!

hello people, a bank statement to be presented at the embassy should be for how many months, from what duration to what, for instance if visa interview is Dec. 3.

I'm glad you won't stop contributing to equip us for what's ahead. Yourself and 100kobo are two of the people I am hoping to contact soon when admissions start rolling in. So, knowing you will still be here is good for us.

It is sad that some people cannot take constructive criticism or corrections. I feel really sad for some prospective graduate students.
