A Nigerian lady based in Germany Deborah Olawoyin who is known to be a big lady has shared her reason for shedding her big weight and it is no reason other than the quest to live a healthy lifestyle.

According to the woman identified as @mizsthicknesz on Instagram, she had to give up her huge boobs, hips and obesity to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

She posted an amazing transformation of her body weight under a year and a lot of her followers have been so awed by the change in structure and wonder how she was able to achieve that in a space of one year

She wrote:

One reason people resist change is because they focus on what they have to give up, instead of what they have to gain � I gave up my big booty, hips and big boobs and obesity for a healthier, happier long life �� chai... It took me 2 years of daily exercises to loose weight. It is one of the toughest things to do as it is more psychological than physical.

The fat people have no idea of the weight they are carrying around until they loose it.
