U re very correct, how many champions league match did Okocha played in his entire football career, he can never make my team any day cos all this flips of ball, dribbling and skills did not win a match

Tactics is different from versatile. This isn't an English class but for clarification. Tactics is another word for strategy or method. It is not common to see someone who is skillful without tactics. Hence Okocha is both skillful and has tactics. Meaning he has a strategy of getting over a player with his skill.

By the way, it is out of place to compare Okocha with the new generation of Messi and C. Ronaldo
Okocha, Luis Figo and Zidane were in the same league
