There are 6 instances where i remember watching myself sleeping from a window or the ceiling of a room but these were unplanned and quite disconcerting experiences for me. I believe soul has since automatically set up a blockade against experiencing these phenomena , as I no longer experiencing them.

As for what you call synchronicity I will tell you that 2 numbers, a single digit and a double digit have been screaming at me since I learned how to count. THats more than 3 decades..it almost like i cant escape from these numbers. What you experienced is bi-location and no, the Soul does not 'set up automatic blockade against such experience' it could be your perception has limited that capability. But the good news is at least, you have experienced that you are not your body.
