hello pals I need your help I want a fairly used phone but in excellent conditions either infinix or huawei prodicts specifications am looking out for battery 3500 minimum Ram 2 gig Internal memory 16gig minimum camera 13 mega pixel back front camera 5 mega pixels minimum screen size minimum 5.5 but 6 inch would be preferable phone must support 4g lte services phone must support fast charging any help pals you would be more than appreciated just quote me if you have something of that sort to offer let's discuss my location Lagos mainland olodi apapa to be precise |

Ballack1: There's nothing wrong with your phone, the infinix note 5 is an Android one phone so it lacks most of the normal infinix apps. From home screen, swipe up to display app menu. Update your phone to the latest version and you would have FM radio. Google Android one for more info |

Please how can i stop unnecessary pop up on my infinix Model -X552, zero 3 PRO, Android version 5.1. shell no responding, beauty girl, whatsapp icon and so on keep poping up and consuming my data at the same time makes my phone to be hot. still using XUI Z.3.0 and when i tried to update, it keep saying"your system is the latest version". |

Schelube: Back up Ur data and flash the latest stock ROM using sp flash tool. Reboot and enjoy the latest version or take it to carlcare maybe they can help you. I know they couldn't do anything when my IMEI wipped on my Zero 3 |

Please, I need help urgently. This phone has frustrated me.  Ever since I changed my charging port, my network signal has never been the same. The network signal has become very poor and the 3G doesn't work anymore except when I am near a network mast, then I will get one or two bars of 3G. Now, just 2G shows and it completely wipes off most of the time, showing no network. All I see is "Emergency calls only" now. The phone detects the SIM card, both SIM cards but the network issue is the problem. What can I do to fix this, please? |

Schelube: Your phone variant is the C1 so you can download the ROM from the link below https://www.romkingz.net/2016/02/download-infinix-x552-stock-rom.html?m=1 Please note if you have not flashed a phone before, it might be advisable you watch some YouTube videos to enlighten you better. But it's a pretty straight forward procedure. |
