This foundation is taking so much time to be filled with sand. This is because the depth of the foundation in some places is much. We have areas where there are 8 courses of blocks........

And so I need many many trips of filling sand to be dumped into this foundation space. Plus a lot of labourers to manually throw the sand in..........

We must continue. .....

I went to visit one of my friend site and saw them making 40 blks of 9" and 50 of 6" from one bag. And the funny part of it is to me the blks look strong. What is your decision on this

The trick is the expertise of the block makers. An inexperienced block maker can make 20 blocks and they will still be breaking. But a good block maker will make 40 and they will still be solid.

The question I asked was why are you producing this quantity and not considering the quality of the items. The man said; 1- the number of time you turn/mixed the components matter most, 2- cement standard eg expire status, 3- sand type etc.

More water poured into the foundation from our pumping machine placed at the stream.

The soil is good in most parts, with a clayey formation. Seasonal movement cannot be ruled out. Welcome.
