I don't think so. Except if your going there on two weeks or a month visa. Other visa(s) will require you to go to the embassy in Abuja for stamping of passport and fingerprint capturing. My take.

In regard to the question yes its possible cos I got a 3month direct visa to UAE.

Hello house,I applied for a job through online job board,the company is a multinational company and even though I didn't have UAE experience I was called for an interview,two weeks later they sent me offer letter that I should accept it online on their career page after about two weeks again I was ask to fill an onboarding form and upload my documents, everything was done online right from when I applied for the job.My concern was that is going to two month now and my Visa will soon expire,I called the HR that did the second interview for me on phone and he said I should not worry about my Visa expiring that even if I go back to Nigeria they will bring me back.I don't really know if they will do that

Keep searching for other jobs as well, some companies usually bring people back and some don't. So no one here can assure you on that. Just keep and open mind and exit before your visa expires.

Hi People, great job you are doing in here.

Please I have a couple of questions,

1. I have my attested medical certificate from Nigeria, hoping to fly into the UAE next week for Emirates ID and residence visa, please would I need to undergo another medical exam in the UAE?

2. Do I need to have the minimum 1000 USD required at the POE? Kindly note that my sponsor is going to take care of all expenses (flight, accommodation, feeding etc.)
