Yeah I used the gov.uk/ BRP. I told them to deliver it to my home address, I got an email from BRP Department on the 15th of Nov saying my BRP will be delivered 3-5 working days. Hopefully I will get it before Friday by Gods grace. My hubby was able to my Sons own from the post office. But you can still go ahead with other stuffs like NI interview, GP registration etc.

We were waiting for Hubby's 6th month payslip to start our application, he got it and we discovered that alongside pension plan, unpaid sick leave was deducted before gross, and this put us under by £40.

Also, the overtime he did that would have made up for it wasn't included

Please is there anyway around this at all rather than starting the count from the very beginning?

Yes I've done my NI interview and GP registration, i was able to do the NI interview because i printed the email between me and the home office and my hubby also wrote introduction letter,I could not do my provisional licence because of my BRP. I received my BRP today, I was given 2 years instead of two and half years.

He's been with the same company for 6 months (May) and counting (still with d company), and has earned more than the required £18600 annual rate, so I'm a bit confused on what you mean by "wait till we meet the requirement". Please help me elaborate further.

Ok if he has earned that much then he can apply and meet the financial requirement either through salary or through savings or both. If he has £16000 in his account now then he is good to go. A letter from his company will state his annual salary too.

I think I need to clarify more. He earns £20000 annually which brings his salary to £1660 + monthly (plus comes from overtime) He started working with his present company in May and we were working towards applying this December, but his November salary fell short (£1510) because sick pay was deducted and his overtime pay (£250) wasn't added either.

My question is, following the error on the payslip (omitted overtime pay), which should increase his November earning to £1760, is there a solution to this?

1. Getting the company to reissue a new payslip with the correction.

OR

2. we apply in January,

then get the company to indicate on the letter they will give him, his earnings, and that there was an error in the November payslip, and also write a signed and stamped note on the payslip indicating the error and what the correct amount is supposed to be and how the correction has been reflected in his December Salary payslip.
