This building is just beside the Uptonvile Oil & Gas Institute. I know it very well because I am a lecturer in that school

Good pix. Just seeing the collapsed ruins is mere sensationalism. only leads people to rumor. At least now anyone can see it doesn't look like a shoddy job. But someone at that construction firm knows.

It looks strong from the outside...
But is the foundation strong? The concrete used for the building is it of top quality? Ask yourselves these questions.

mismanagement and silly mistakes from the contractor is to blame. not mixing the concrete very well and trying to use 12mm in place of 16mm. I no that some area @ Port...don't need upstairs and the contractor needs to check very well on the damp proof course (PDÇ). he should've Chained the foundation very well...
