mismanagement and silly mistakes from the contractor is to blame. not mixing the concrete very well and trying to use 12mm in place of 16mm. I no that some area @ Port...don't need upstairs and the contractor needs to check very well on the damp proof course (PDÇ). he should've Chained the foundation very well... |
