Please make una chok mouth for this my matter. I'm 16 weeks dot, headache no gree me see road.

I am afraid for my baby cos I don't feed well. I stay alone as dh is at work(offshore), and am naturally not a foodie. After cooking, the food won't taste nice in my mouth and I will end up packing them inside the freezer. Just yesterday, I fried 2 eggs for breakfast to go down with tea and bread but I ended up not eating it. I will feel like eating rice, but immediately am done with cooking, the rice won't be appealing to me and if I force it down next is to throw it up.

The only it that still taste good in my mouth now is fried yam, white yam with red oil and plenty pepper. I can tolerant some fruits like watermelon, banana and apple.

I'm worried that my baby isn't getting enough nutrient. Please mamas what can I do?

I don't think there is much you can do. It depends on the elasticity of your skin, if it would bounce back to normal after pregnancy. Majority of the time it doesn't return back to normal cos pregnancy has a way of changing our bodies. Just embrace it and thanks to push up bras.
Am not even worried about my breast am worried about my belly.

I also had headache in my first trimester until I I tested ++ to malaria and was treated before the headache stopped.about the food.maybe someone can help you cook.that way,you wouldn't have inhaled plenty aroma that eventually makes not to eat again.I hope this helps

My sister, i used to think i had the best looking boobies in the world, round , firm and fresh and creamy yellow. Now they are saggy, black and have lost every iota of beauty. I stare at my old boobies Pictures and just wish but then again i am so grateful to God for this blessing of life growing inside of me so what can i do. Just embrace your newly formed breastsies, it will get worse mind you. You can try lubricating your boobs with oil tho, i dont know if it really helps but i just found out. Any stretchmark on ur belly ?

Sorry dear, I have headaches too, mostly at night though. As for food, I simply avoid what i have aversions to and eat others well. Dh cooks for me a lot of times too so that helps. Sorry you have to be alone now, isn’t there anyone that can come stay with you for a while to assist? Maybe a sibling?

Mama pls if you can't eat what you prepare, try eat out. You need all the strength and nutrients. It might not be your thing but you have to compromise for now.

Am having that headache at night too but I just drink water and lay down nd it stops.
This my pregnancy is so so different from my first.... To eat too na problem but I force myself to eat small small, sometimes I eat out. I can't tolerate watermelon nd some foods so I just keep off from them.
Drink more water,eat d little u can, take d fruits ur system accepts, take ur drugs and leave d rest for God.
Ur baby is doing just fine okay. It is well.

pls someone help me, my Pcv is really low and i have tried to boost it up with both prescribed blood tonic, ugwu n malt n milk...i really dnt like vegetables bt i am ready to start taking plenty of it. pls what else can anyone suggest to me.
secondly, hw is this pregnancy even calculated? my scan around 5th of november says i am 35weeks, then today it is saying 36weeks plus some days..is it not supposed to be calculated weekly..i am just confused..kindly help a first time mom.

When buying Huggies just be sure of quality of what you're buying. I learnt they have Huggies US, Huggies South Africa etc, I might be wring though. For the size I bought size 2, I was told by the seller that size 1 is a no no.

Yea mama, I will try eating out some of the days. I called a family friend this evening asking her whether she cooked rice and stew. I went to her house and ate rice and stew. Can you imagine? I have fresh tomato stew in the freezer oooo. I pray that this baby doesn't turn me to longer throat.

My dear I think at this stage we are in, the size of your baby is what is giving you conflicting results. I'm not bothered about scan dating for now, all I'm concerned about is having baby in cephalic position. I'm sticking to my LMP edd cos my last scan at 35weeks measured baby at almost 38weeks and I no get strength for anxiety, LMP it is for me.

It will get better trust me. At least you are yet to make Eba and put in the freezer to chill before eating it like I did.
