I'll suggest you consult your agent *if you got your offer through one. Ireland is not like the UK when it comes to visa requirements.

Make sure your documents are well put together, tuition fee payment is a very minimal part of the process.

TGIF!!!

Congrats to all those who have secured their visas. Gentle reminder on the following:

1. Make arrangements for your airport pick up especially if your University provides such for free.
2. Book temporary hostel for a week or two if you intend living off campus * You may be required to present this at the point of entry
3. GNIB / IRP will cost you 300 euros in Ireland
4. Accommodation in Dublin and Cork costs 450 euros to 700 euros
5. New rules apply if you want to travel for holidays during your academics.
6. casual job is important , but relevant job experience is importanter.
7. You are required to have 3000 euros to process your IRP.

N.B: Academic work is intense abroad and quite different from what we've done in Nigeria thus, time management is very important.

Wishing you all success. The sky is just the beginning.

Hey peeps, I'm new here and this is my very first post on nairaland, I've been following this thread or a wyl now, I was denied Canadian study visa twice last year for no good reason as far as I'm concerned (CENTENNIAL COLLEGE),I'd have applied this November to Griffith College for My masters, Coz of time constraint as I'll also have to write the IELTS exams too, I posponed my application to September 2019.. I've not been seeing positive remarks about Griffith College, I chose Griffith Coz it's in Dublin, and also compared to others, it's cheaper (I think), I'm budgeting €15,000 for my tuition and €5,000 for my edubond deposit... I need prescription on better schools I can go for in Dublin.. I'm an orphan, my elder brother is sponsoring me, I graduated from Covenant Uni, Mech Eng, with a 2.8/5.0CGPA.. I intend settling in Dublin afterwards.. Pls I humbly ask for your advice on preferred schools from my peeps over there.. Sincerely appreciate

If am getting you right, you studied Electrical engineering and intend studying project mgt?
And you are making enquires on job opportunities relating to renewable energy?

DBS is not the school for you then.
