I'm a graduate of Chemical Engineering with a CGPA of 3.59 over 5.0 and my last 2yrs GP was 3.503. I intend applying for Graduate program for fall section 2019, please with my detailed CGPA, can i apply for Msc or pgd in Chemical or any related course. Sorry about ur refusal.. 1st of all, share ur full profile here(When you applied, documents submitted, When ur eligibilty review started and the reasons for the denial) for the gurus to help out. After which you will order for ur GCMS note, also share that with the house and we will review the GCMS with you and guide you on how you will re-apply and am sure you will get it the 3rd Time. Do not give up, it will end in praise after the 3rd attempt. Peace

Hello all, so I arrived Toronto just now, passed border, immigration, collected SIN and waiting for RobertQ bus to take me to London.

And a wonderful Nairalander offered (infact 2 people) to take me from the bus park in London to the hotel provided for me by my school for 2 nights.

I will give full details of everything when I settle in my hotel later today. God bless nairalanders, the show of love is out of this world. Infact someone even offered to drive all the way from London to Toronto to come pick me from the airport to my hotel.

Did you do ur biometrics before submitting ur application or its a mistake here? Going through ur Profile, I can see you dont have the CIC online forms and also no SOP/LOE, Is it that you forgot to write them here or u didn't submit them? There are few important documents you didnt submit with your application. I am very sure Home ties will be one of the reasons you were refused. Please Order for ur GCMS note, and when u get it, upload it here for the house to put you through on what next to do..

250k the processing of admission. In which you pay 150k first, the bal 100k when your admission is out. The the visa process you pay 100k.

I have paid 250k and I have my admission letter from university of Brandon .. Did you follow up with them .

Physical examination like eye, nose, heart, lungs, and other organ check-ups.
Chest X-rays
Blood tests for HIV and Syphilis
Urine tests
I stand to be corrected as I haven’t done one before.

Hi guys,

I've just received a refusal message. I applied through paper route on 21/10/2018 and I received the refusal message this morning. The reasons for my refusal are:
1. Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation, I am not satisfied that
you:
i. have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees
for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
i. immigration status in country of residence.
ii. purpose of visit
iii. employment prospects in country of residence.

But my application was supported with the following documents, in relation to these refusal reasons

1. I made a part payment of $19,300 towards my tuition fees out of $25,700 for the two years Msc program and receipts attached
2. My sponsor's (father in-law) bank account statement with a closing balance of N4.5m after making the part payment
3. My account statement with a closing balance of N2.2m (Nigeria account statement)
4. My recent employment offer letters (5), both the ones I accepted and those declined. This was to show employment prospect.
5. My employment visa in country of residence.
6. My six(6) months bank statement in country of residence, and
7. Letter from my employer

These were added to other documents to support the application. I am a bit confused on what next to do in order to address the VO's concerns.
The program is starting by January and I need to reapply ASAP.

Please help.

Sorry about ur refusal..
In my opinion, I think ur application needed more sponsors source/proof of income and evidence for commitment to sponsor. Remember sponsor is 3rd party..

I think the delay of June, July applicants is coming from Lagos. I emailed both London and Lagos to request for extension of medical examination and Lagos granted my request immediately.

I was refused yesterday based on my personal assets and financial stutus. Please can someone explain that better to me as I'm confused whether it's based my financial status or my sponsor's financial status as I'm not self sponsored.
Applied 25th October paper route.
My SOA has flow of over 19M with balance of 4M while my sponsor has personal (not any of his businesses) flow of about 50M with balance of 8M after giving me my first year living expenses. He has no dependant as his kids are all independent professionals outside Nigeria. I attached his CAC documents
I need advice from you all to know where my problem is from and how to solve it.
I even attached my personal land property.

Graduated 2017. Just completed NYSC last month
During this second application, I ordered gcms for my first app, saw the reason stated by the VO (go through my timeline to see this), but I had already submitted my application so there was nothing I could do. I wanted to resume this Fall.
Towards the middle of August I sent out a lot of CSE containing my school fees receipt and also seeking for an expeditious review of my app. I didn’t get any responses immediately apart from the regular generic responses which came after like a week. I ordered gcms again and it came after 20 days. I found out my app was stuck because of an error in collecting data from New Zealand. Shortly after this I started receiving mails that my tuition receipt has been received.
My review of eligibility didn’t change throughout.
I sent a new admission letter from fall to Winter. Reception was confirmed. I stopped worrying. I looked at goingforward and admired her for being pious. I remembered my God.
I started doing early morning special prayers concerning this visa. This was in October. I partook of a 3 days dry fast in my church. 2 weeks later I received my medical mail. IOM was fully booked but God’s favour located me once more. I did the medicals and got my PPR yesterday.
What I did differently in this second application was I involved God.
Prayers do work and never ever relent. God will deliver unto those expectant of their visas in Jesus name.

I quickly want to know if anyone has an idea of what is going to happen to my sister's application, she his eligibility review started on friday and immediately she received a correspondence mail regarding biometric extension but no further mail was received as at now. She is kinda worried and scared not to receive the second correspondence letter which is the refusal.

has anyone experience this before?
