All you need to do is to go get tested... you probably have a bacteria that's habituating in your bladder.. your urinary tract has been infected. Just go get diagnose .
Factors that can lead to what you are experiencing might be unprotected sex, inproper hygiene, it's not something you should fear for. Go and get tested and be treated.

Take what is good here and not the medications. Take the advice and go to see a seasoned doctor asap and ensure tests are conducted before medications are prescribed.

Except your a virgin, then you can rule out STD because some of this STDs are asymptomatic i.e they can live for months to years (depending on your immune system) in the system without manifesting. Since u said u do have vaginal irritation, then you can't totally rule it out.
Get tested for STD
Get tested for PID
Get tested for UTI
Get tested for Diabetes
Get tested for ovarian cysyts

the test I mentioned, if they all come out negative (which I doubt because of the vaginal irritation; it might be STD or PID or UTI, there are good antibiotics that will cure it, but act fast cause this diseases affect fertility), then it might just be anxiety. Anxiety also causes frequent urination. Take it off your mind, stop forcing the urine per hour, stop being the time keeper, forget about urine sef. It will go slowly but surely.

Old Note, the amount of water u take per day determines how u pee. If u drink a lot of water then expect to pee often. It doesn't happen to u at night which means it might not be something too serious.

Ask ursef this questions, does ur urine smell? Do you have lower abdominal pain? Do you have a painful or burning urination? loss of bladder control? blood in the urine? Nausea? Does ur urine leak?

If you answer No to the above questions, then are you over weight? Because it can also be d cause, a terminology known as Overactive Bladder (OAB).

But if you answer yes to more than one of those questions, please see a gynaecologist expert (specialist in the female reproductive system) or an Urologist expert (specialist in the genitourinay system) in a federal or state hospital not Private please. Even if u answer no, please try and see them to satisfy all curiosity.

For the vaginal irritation get a clotrimazole cream; YTACAN from a good pharmacy to avoid buying fake.

I think it is one of the early sign and symptoms of VVF. Vestco vergina fisitula. Have U committed an abortion before during your tennager. Have U contacted veneral diseases before like PID. Pelvic inflammatory disease. If all the above are nil ,go to any laboratory and do verginal swabbing for mcs. Secondly check your blood glucose level . Do abdominal scan and kidney function text. Do also urine MCS. If all the above are negative, eat less of carbohydrates and follow the above result for possible antibiotics therapy. Better still ,take Vit C high dosage 2000mg daily at night. Best of luck.

You might be having UTI. It can be contracted without having sexual intercourse. Please go for widal test in a lab through your urine and pap.
2 friends of mile had similar experiences one was linked to staphylococcus and the other for appendicitis. so run a test that's the only way to know if all is well

Having the urge to urinate often can be a habit formed over the long period of time you have engaged in it. Above all there could still be a little problem of a UTI( Urinary Tract Infection). Since i cannot ask you all the detailed questions, i would like to know if you feel pain in the right side of your waist? Do you have painful urination or vaginal irritation? If No to Painful urination, then it's not a UTI, but if yes to an irritation, then antibiotics has to be introduced. I will suggest Cirpoxoflacin. If No to the pain on the right side, then that kills my suspicions of kidney stones. At times like this, i will advice the regular intake of water, reduce salty and sugary diets say no to all forms of liquids (coke,fanta, malt and the rest, wine maybe few times) but water should be your top priority. As for foods, processed foods(chips,fries etc) do not go near give your body about 8 month of self recovery. Lastly i will suggest Tamusolin. It will ease your frequent urination.

Hi sister. I had this same issue beginning last year or so. However, I didn't take it serious until two months ago when it was starting to worry me a lot. I first did Fasting blood sugar test which showed I was normal. After that, I did Urine MCS which should I was infected by bacterial. Go to Hospital...

I dnt think u v STD u probably have a UTI. U don't need to be sexually active to v a UTI. UTI is not caused by sex and it's curable with antibiotics. Cephalosporin antibiotics such as cefuroxime also ciprofloxacin n d likes but y need to go do a urine microculture and sensitivity test n urinalysis. U can also do an ultrasound scan of the pelvis.
