I passed by the 88' Tower site the place is very busy with excavations,

A GDP is outdated way of measuring a nation's economy.It was probably useful just after world wars,that is when many nations were in manufacturing.

FYI Tanzania's GDP is way above what you think.over 40% of Tanzania's GDP is uncaptured. Do the math.Don't ask why we don't capture it all.
