Genuine supernatural feats are scientific in nature but the problem is separating the real ones from fakes and exaggerations.

I envision science (quantum science, noetic science, paraphysics, parapsychology) will one day unravel the secrets behind these concepts.

Though I feel there are powerful people in our world that are shape-shifters and know the techniques for performing all these feats.

But they guard the secrets jealously, and I don't think today's world is ripe for some technologies.

The child drew an innocent line around the car, but his stupid father and the mechanic created jazz/charm out of it. As far as the father and the mechanic were concerned, the jazz/charm was real, so they abandoned the car. But for the child it was just a drawing. The lesson here is that you create your reality.

When I was 10 years old, there was a toy in vogue that every child seem to have but I didn’t have it. One day, I went into the forest and said "Satan give me the toy and I will worship you". Believe it or not, when I looked down on the ground, there on my feet I saw the toy, it was exactly the one I wanted. I picked it up and ran away into town.

I was very happy.

But as I was running away, I kept saying loud "I no gree, I no gree, I no gree", which means I disagree, I am not doing that. When I got to where I sat down, I gave it a thought and it seemed so miraculous. Did the toy appear from nowhere?

Over many years, as I was growing up, I’ve been dealing with explaining to myself whether the toy appeared from nowhere or whether it was there before I arrived. Finally, as an adult, I have come to the conclusion that the toy was there all along but I didn't just see it. It was my mind playing a trick on me BECAUSE I’VE BEEN TOLD ABOUT GOD AND SATAN. If I was told that Satan is Santa Claus, I would have thought it was Santa Claus.

This single incident and the battle I’ve had inwardly throughout my childhood trying to explain the source of the toy, had helped me understand how the mind works and the nature of reality.

Before you conclude it was a trick by the real Satan/devil, no it wasn’t a trick by Satan/devil. It was my mind creating my reality based on what I, we believe over here in Africa i.e traditional African religion plus Christianity. If you happen to be one of such people, that’s because just like the car owner, society had conditioned you to believe it was satan.

Your perception creates your belief or truth. Your belief or truth in turn controls your behavior and to a great extent your action. Therefore, he who controls your perception controls your behavior and action.

Same way you thought was same way I thinked until I understood that spiritualism still exist. I was outside with my friends gisting. The weather was hot so we had to come outside to take fresh air.This was around 9p.m in the evening. My neighbour's car that was parked suddenly started reversing towards our end. Initially we thought it was a thief trying to move the car hence we alerted security but it wasn't. Immediately we blocked the car,it stopped moving. What surprised us was the fact that the car was in ignition but there was no key. The gear was OK as it was in parking mode. I took my neighbour's car key to off the car. I parked it well and make sure everything was OK. Immediately we left the parking lot,the car automatically started again and this time it was moving slowly. We alerted our neighbour who was afraid to touch the car. Myself and my friends tried to stop it but it keep reversing. We jumped into the car to off it but it didn't off. The compound gate was closed so when the car got to the gate,it hit it but couldn't move. We tried stopping but the car refused to stop. We just left the car that way until it went off on it's own. Mind you during this process,our area wasn't sloppy. Everyone living around that area had their cars parked in their parking space.Then I wonder why would my neighbour's car suddenly move from it's position to the gate. We had this analysized and couldn't fathom anything that would result to that not until a small girl confessed to be responsible for that drama. I didn't find it funny because I wanted to beat that girl for that stupid act. What came to my mind was how she did it. She said she used black magic to remote the car from her house in Calabar.

Whenever yhu truly want something, in the purest of ways, the purest of desires . The entire universe conspires to get yhu that thing. Its simply the law of attraction, yhur mind is a part of a much bigger system, no mind exist of its own.

as humans we are constantly under the influence of other minds or influencing other, from people who you meet for the first,yet your scared of them to people who you claim to like or love, its all mental.

As a child, thanks to the power of imagination yhu can easily connect to the purest, most innocent of desires, as an adult its mumbo jumbo, unless yhu have special training, or yhu know how to recognise certain subtle energies , the energies you can recognise determine how suggestive you are, how deep into your mind , you can delve in. its almost impossible to consciously achieve as adult, cause to us elder, action = reaction, cause = effect, work = chop, 1+ 1 = 2. The constant noise, logic of the physical and conscious mind makes it impossible. But as far as yhur a human being with a active yhu access mental state /pure desire subconsciously.

Back then when I wanted anything as a kid, and I feel I have to fo extra miles for it , I go into a sortof very suggestive, trance like state. as far as a kid can go any way, and in that state I repeat a phrase representing what I wanted. Normally I wud do it just before sleep takes hold of me at night.

If I see the object of my desire in my dream, I know am getting it, if I don't see it , I know am not getting it. I got my first laptop this way, I always know when my dad has money etc,using this method as a kid.

nice write up. If well investigated, stories of jazz are exaggerations to create more mysteries and fears around natural things that are well concealed to make them appear supernatural.

But there's still this jazz I don't understand and I know it would have an explanation, if you can help though, it is the jazz of bulletproof. I haven't seen personally but heard of people who were shot and bullet refused to penetrate or people who were matcheted but the machete had no effect. How did that work?

I like how u said the bolded but it is wrong. It is also why science will NEVER be able to explain certain things because the scientific method demands that things be repeatable under same conditions. (What it should demand is that things be demonstrable at least once). Just delve into quantum physics and you’ll see things can be totally arbitrary. Also how do u explain so many people getting winning lottery numbers from dreams, or people with gift of vision being able to foretell what will happen in distant future, or children who can remember their past life (some with a mark at the location of the wound that killed them). These things should be IMPOSSIBLE! Yet they happen. Danhumprey, tells u that science is incapable of ever being able to tell us the true nature of the universe.
